One of Napa's hottest new hotels is taking luxury to the next level with new construction private residences, and they look incredible. Auberge Resorts Stanley Ranch in Napa is building a collection of private residences with interiors by Edmonds and Lee and architecture by Forest Studios and EBTA Architects. These vineyard homes are very much modern Napa living and focus on indoor-outdoor living. Think things like outdoor covered loggia, bi-folding doors that are full height, outdoor fire pits, outdoor kitchens, pools, spas. And the interiors are stunning, 16-foot vaulted ceilings in the main living space, Dornbracht fixtures, beautiful stone throughout, and radiant heating. Floor plans range from 3 to 6 bedrooms and square footage from around 2,000 sq ft to a little over 4,000 sq ft. And prices for these vineyard homes will start over $4 million. There are also slightly less expensive homes they're calling villas, which will be fully furnished 2-bed, 2.5-bath residences starting in the $3 million range.
