One of the worst parts about living in the Bay Area has to be the traffic. Getting on the Bay Bridge or driving through downtown San Francisco during rush hour goes toe-to-toe with some of the worst traffic I've ever experienced. And what makes it even worse is having to pay for parking in the city, which can sometimes be as much as $40 a day. But there's a way to get around that's actually a lot of fun and will save you a ton of money. And it's guaranteed to be the most scenic commute you will ever take in your life. It's the San Francisco ferries. If you work in SF but don't wanna live here and hate sitting in traffic, the ferry is a great option. Takes less time than driving during rush hour and it drops you off right next to downtown. And they serve alcohol on the ferry, so yeah, it's better than driving.
