There are only a small handful of properties in San Francisco at this price point that offer these kinds of views. This 4-bed, 4-bath, 3,358 square foot condo in Pacific Heights takes up the entire floor of a century-old building on Vallejo Street, and the views Vallejo Street is so well known for are a highlight of this building. Completely unobstructed north-facing views spanning from the Golden Gate Bridge all the way across the bay. My favorite features were the gorgeous refinished hardwood floors and beautiful wall paneling and archways throughout the unit. The kitchen finishes were all custom, counters made with stained glass, which is something I've never seen before, backsplashes with ceramic tiles and lacquered cabinetry, and an almost almost Ferrari red. The kitchen and bathrooms could probably use a little bit of love, but one thing that doesn't need to be changed at all is the incredible layout, the hallways and archways leading from room to room, and each of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. And if that weren't enough, the unit came with not one, but two parking spaces and separate storage. The condo recently hit the market for $4.995 million and HOAs are $2,200 a month.
