Here are 3 restaurants worth a day trip from San Francisco. First on my list has to be La Bicyclette in Carmel-by-the-Sea. One of the most charming restaurants you will ever go to. They cook everything on one range, one wood-fired oven. The best Parisian gnocchi I've ever had in my life. You have to check it out. Number 2 on my list is Bistro Janti in Yountville. This is one of the most low-key but like decadent as hell restaurants. French food, really, really good and in a beautiful setting. Their tomato soup in puff pastry is one of the best tomato soups you will ever have. And they also have a ton of classic French dishes dishes as well. Last but not least is El Molino Central in Sonoma. Easily my favorite Mexican food in the Bay Area and a perfect way to break up a couple wine tastings. Let me know your go-to spot in the comments.
