This San Francisco home was created by one of the most popular DIY decorators in the world and also happens to be the best deal you can get in the city right now on a single family. This century-old, 2-bed, 1-bath, 1,120-square-foot home has a design unlike anything I've ever seen in the city from the mind of popular creator Tay Biboo Nakamoto. Each room has a different color palette, but the design aesthetic is really coherent, and it actually feels like you're living in a singular piece of art with different spaces. My favorite room is the living room. It gets so much natural light because the house sits on a corner lot, so it's detached on 3 sides. Sides, and the kitchen leads to a really cute Dutch door that opens to an outdoor seating area and a lush backyard. And even though the house isn't the biggest, each room is a really good size. The layout actually flows well. There's an additional bed and bath downstairs that could potentially be legalized and added to the house's profile to make it a true 3-bed, 2-bath. And the price is unheard of for a single family in the city, especially in a neighborhood like Laurel Heights. $1.55 million. And that's not a teaser price. Let me know what you think of the house in the comments and follow me for more San Francisco homes.
