If you want the perks of living in San Francisco's most expensive neighborhoods like Pacific Heights and Presidio Heights without paying those ultra, ultra premium prices, then the Cow Hollow neighborhood needs to be on your radar. Its grand homes, some of which even have Hollywood pedigree, rival many of the homes that you can find in the most expensive neighborhoods in San Francisco. And while Cow Hollow can still be incredibly expensive on a relative basis, meaningfully less expensive than those other neighborhoods. And in my opinion, you have better access to a ton of amazing amenities like the amazing shops and restaurants on Union Street, closer to Chestnut Street, you're closer to the North Waterfront, you're closer to the Palace of Fine Arts, you're closer to the Golden Gate Bridge, you're closer to Fort Mason, and you're just as close to the Presidio depending on where you live, and you're equidistant to downtown. I made a YouTube video going over all the reasons people love living in Cow Hollow and how much different types of homes cost there. I'd bet you'd be surprised by some of the deals you can get in the area. Comment the word video and I'll send you a link, and follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
