Austin Klar walks through three major San Francisco waterfront projects: Mission Rock (Tishman Speyer and the Giants), Pier 70 (Brookfield Partners), and Potrero Power (Associate Capital). Together they'll add thousands of housing units, new parks, and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and retail space on former industrial sites.

There's no neighborhood in San Francisco undergoing a bigger transformation right now than the Central Waterfront. 3 new massive mixed-use communities are being developed right now, thousands of new housing units, acres and acres of open park spaces, and hundreds of thousands of square feet of new office, retail, restaurants, you name it. The first one is Mission Rock, where developer Tishman Speyer is working with the San Francisco Giants to convert an old parking lot. The second one is Pier 70, where Brookfield Partners is converting a formerly industrial warehouse site. And the third one is Potrero Power, where Associate Capital is converting a now defunct power plant. I made a full video going over each of these new developments and all things that's to come. Go check it out, it's on my YouTube channel, link in my bio, and make sure to follow along for more updates about these awesome new communities. Awesome.
