Chapters
3 events in San Francisco in September that need to be on your radar. First up is the grand unveiling of the renovated Transamerica Pyramid. Developer Michael Schvo bought it for $650 million in 2020 and poured another $400+ million into creating ultra-luxury hospitality spaces and renovating Redwood Park next door. It reopens publicly September 12th. Second is the next installment of Downtown's First Thursdays in All Ages monthly street fair that's being hosted in various parts of downtown San Francisco. The next one on September 5th takes place between Market and Howard Street along Second and the offshoot alleyway ways from those streets. There's also a 21 and over outdoor bar area on Minna and Otoma. And last but not least, on September 15th is the 45th anniversary Haight-Ashbury Street Fair, a staple San Francisco street fair with food, wine, beer, cocktails, all taking place in one of the most historic neighborhoods in San Francisco. There are several other can't-miss restaurant openings and events in September. I go over all of them in a new video on my YouTube channel. Go check it out, links in my bio. Let me know which ones you're going to in the comments.
