There's probably no area that better represents what Marin County living is all about than downtown Mill Valley. Taking the old, historic, charming buildings nestled among Marin County's beautiful redwood trees and mountainsides and mixing it with modern comforts like high-end interior design stores, coffee shops, restaurants, wine shops, all while preserving the incredible outdoor space and making full use of it with outdoor festivals and events year-round that highlight local musicians and artists. One of my favorite places to get coffee on a Saturday morning. Great place to kick off some Marin County nature walks if the weather's nice. And if you spend any time there at all, you'll realize exactly why I really real estate gets more expensive the closer it is to downtown. Go check it out next time you're in town and let me know what you think.
