The best business school in the country has just doubled down on its commitment to San Francisco, a great sign for continued positive momentum in the city. The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania just signed a lease for 80,000 square feet at the Cube building on Montgomery Street, more than doubling its existing footprint over at Hills Plaza, which is about 35,000 square feet. The school's looking to expand its tech focus with AI-centered programs, and moving into the Cube puts students in the same complex as powerhouse investment firms like Goldman and UBS. Cube has been most recently occupied by the Institute Contemporary Art San Francisco, completely rent-free. They're doing a nomadic model. They'll be moving from place to place. They'll be moving out of this one next year. So if you haven't been yet, make sure you go before they move.
