This condo's the perfect example of how the positive changes we're seeing in San Francisco are creating renewed demand for our local real estate market. My clients moved out of San Francisco several years ago with no intent to return, but after learning about several incredible mixed-use communities being developed at the Central Waterfront and visiting the city again for the first time in years and seeing firsthand all the progress that's been made and all the new exciting businesses opening in the area, decided they wanted to move back and buy a place in Dogpatch. They were able to land a great condo in a new construction amenity building with water views, park views, gym, rooftop, coworking space, parking, in-unit laundry. It's also walking distance to Chase Center and RH Pier 70. And best part of it all, they got it for over $150,000 less than what the sellers paid for it in 2022. There are incredible opportunities like this all over the area, and it's great to see the billions of dollars that have been invested in the community start bringing people back and renewing demand for housing. Really happy for my clients. Looking forward to seeing how they make this place their own. If you're interested in opportunities like this, reach out to me.
