More good news at Fisherman's Wharf. The SkyStar observation wheel, which was moved there in 2023 from Golden Gate Park, has seen such great success that it extended its lease 18 months with an option to renew for another 18 months after that. Ever since its move to Fisherman's Wharf, it's generated about 600,000 riders and $10 million in revenue. And if projections hold for next year, it'll be double the revenue that it earned in the 3 years that it was at Golden Gate Park. I think it's an awesome addition to the Wharf, especially given how tourist-centric the area is. It's an incredible way to take in the views, And it's nice to see renewed commitment from them as they piggyback off the continued success of the city that we've been seeing and that we hope to see in the future.
