A new rooftop restaurant is coming to downtown San Francisco and the plans sound awesome. Phil Spiegel, the brains behind Holbrook House at One Sansum, has just entered into a new lease for a 10,000-square-foot event space and rooftop restaurant at Presidio Bay's coming soon new office tower at 88 Spear Street. Presidio Bay purchased the building for $41 million in 2023 and have been working tirelessly to turn it into what they're calling an office resort, a first of its kind luxury mixed-use building in the heart of downtown San Francisco with wellness and amenity spaces. The developer expects to complete construction on the office tower later this year, with the event space and rooftop restaurant coming in 2027.
