Something incredibly rare is coming to Sausalito, new construction condos. The city of Sausalito just approved 19 waterfront condos that are gonna replace 4 single-family homes along Bridgeway. The 19 units will be spread across 2 4-story structures that'll comprise around 23,000 square feet with enough parking for 35 cars. Units will consist of 3 one-bedrooms, 11 two-bedrooms, and 5 three-bedrooms, and 4 of the condos will be dedicated affordable housing. BDE Architecture is designing the project with JETT handling the landscape architecture, and it's estimated that construction's gonna take up to 2.5 years but there's no specific start date yet.
