In this promotional YouTube video, Austin Klar showcases an extensive renovation of a historic 9,300‑sq‑ft Queen Anne‑style home at 2315 Broadway in San Francisco, originally built in 1897 by architect Moses J. Lyon. He highlights the property’s massive scale—9 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, multiple Golden Gate Bridge views, preserved century‑plus details, and a south‑facing yard that blends indoor and outdoor spaces. The home serves as the venue for the 47th Annual Decorator Showcase, marking the event’s first Victorian property, with proceeds supporting San Francisco University High School’s financial aid. Klar notes the asking price of $25 million, encourages viewers to purchase tickets (by commenting “home”), and promotes nearby Fillmore Street amenities, ending with a call to follow him for more San Francisco real‑estate content.

This is the most insane renovation you'll ever see on a single-family home, and you can actually go see it in person. The over 9,300-square-foot Queen Anne-style home was originally built in 1897, designed by architect Moses J. Lyon, and it's the site of the 47th Annual Decorator Showcase, where every year a different designer reimagines a different room of an historic San Francisco home. This year's home is the showcase's first ever Victorian, if you can believe it, and this one at 2315 Broadway is even more insane. Easily one of the most spectacular residences and design experiences you'll see this year. 9 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, views of the Golden Gate Bridge from multiple levels, the incredible scale you'd expect from classic San Francisco architecture, gorgeously preserved Century Plus old details throughout, and a south-facing yard seamlessly extending the indoors out. And if you love it so much that you want to buy it, well, you can do that too because it's on the market for $25 million. Proceeds from the showcase event support San Francisco University High School's financial aid program. So it's also a great cause, and you can even make an entire day of it. Walk around the corner to all the incredible shops, bars, and restaurants on Fillmore Street. Comment the word home and I'll DM you a link to purchase tickets. And make sure to share this with someone who would love to see this house in person. Follow me for more San Francisco real estate.
