Hey, thank you so much for being a part of my Instagram community. You expressed recently that you wanted some information on what to do to prep for my hormone health program that is coming out later this year. First of all, I am so excited to be bringing this program to the world. Really, the results, or I should say the progress in the group has been absolutely incredible, mind blowing, and I know lots of people, including yourself, are just itching to get their hands on the program. And while it's not coming for several more months, there is stuff that we can be doing right now to prep for it and start to improve the health of our hormones. And taking care of our gut health is one of those things that is so vital to our overall health and especially our hormone health. I've experienced it firsthand. That is why I created my fitness and nutrition program, four Week Gut Protocol. So if you've never done that before, or maybe it's been a while since you've tried four Week Gut Protocol, now is a great time to do it. If you're struggling with hormonal imbalance, if you're struggling with hormone health, or you think you are, I really highly suggest giving four Week Gut Protocol and four weeks for everybody combined a try together. It can make a really big difference right away.
Let me give you a little more information on how your gut health can impact your hormone health. The saying goes, we're only as healthy as the food we can digest. If you can't break it down and you can't have it delivered as essential nutrients to the rest of the body, it doesn't matter how good the quality was, did nothing for you, that's a big deal. Your endocrine system depends on those nutrients in order to function properly to produce adequate levels of hormones. So we wanna make sure that we're taking care of our gut health. Your gut is connected to insulin, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid. Gut health strongly affects insulin and blood sugar management. Now here's a really fun fact. Your GI tract has estrogen receptors that bring estrogen back into the body. So what happens is the liver breaks estrogen down to an inactive form and then it sends it out into in bile into the GI tract to leave your body. But if you have unfriendly gut bacteria, then those unfriendlies can reactivate it like a game of freeze tag, which can essentially lead to estrogen dominance or having more estrogen compared to the amount of progesterone that you have. You want to balance between those things so you can see why we want to take care of our gut health. Like I said, if you haven't done four week gut protocol in four weeks for everybody, now is a great time to start doing that to improve your overall health. But I'm also going to give you four tips that I have to build a healthy diet meal plan that will support your gut health and your hormone health. Check it out below.
