I did my 50 last week, so that's where I'm going to start. Bend the knees, grab that weight, load her up. So I need it to feel explosive on the way up. I gotta do it, I gotta add microgain. I've had more than one rep left. When you're putting in the hard work, you automatically feel that much more confident Okay, every time you do the hard thing despite fear, despite discomfort, you're teaching yourself that you can, and that's how the fear loses power. I feel like I can add on. So this is heavy weight for me. I have to brace through my core. Protect my lower back. I'm dropping those glutes down, lowering them down really. Are you able to perform the move? Uh, with better form, deeper range of motion. But guess what? It's a Monday and that means I'm back at it no matter what. And I just had to say to myself, like, what else are you going to do, Autumn, if you don't do it? What else would you be doing right now? I'd be sitting on the couch watching TV. So even though it's power, I said this before, you don't snap the knee, but you do squeeze, contract. 33.7. 5. Use your power to pull it up. Last one. Oh yeah. You have to lean into the things that make you feel good, and not just something that makes you feel good instantly, but something that's going to leave you feeling good tomorrow. Keep the shoulders pulled back. I think I got to make a big jump. I'm going up to the 40s. Let's go! Where there's a will, there is a way. Like, if you held a picture you would look like the letter L. Today's workout is brought to you by the letter L. Honestly, I keep asking myself if I should add one of these on, and I'm like, I don't know, the grip strength feels like it's being challenged. So it's set 4. I added a pound, 1.25 pounds, in each hand. Make this your best set. I know it's when You're the most tired from the move, best form, most challenged. Yep, that was it. When you really start to believe in yourself and show up with that confidence, watch how fast things start to happen for you. When you show up with that confidence and that belief, you will go so hard in it because you're like, it's mine. Not only do I want it, I deserve it, and I'm going for it because I know I can have it. It's such a fun feeling. It's such a place to be. It's like being in the flow. You find it, you just feel like you're in it. You're in this wave that's carrying you. It's pushing you forward and instead of swimming against the current. But you gotta show up with that belief that you can do it, you are doing it, you deserve to have it, and you just own it. You own that space. As you're going through the move, what else can you focus on today, right now, now that you're stronger, now that your body is used to the movement? Let's go! Make this last one count. Where you're at in a few months all depends on the decisions you make today. You know, whenever somebody says like, oh, I'll start on Monday, it's just an excuse to delay it. These decisions, they're either stacking for you, right? You're either stacking conditions today for your future self or you're stacking against yourself. You become what you repeat, and we are repeating showing up, being strong, being consistent, being confident in our lifts. All your decisions are going to reveal your priorities. Can you squeeze a little harder? Can you go a little lower? I'm not telling you to, I'm asking you. Here we go. 10, 8, explode. Remember, it's a power week. 3, 2, 1, lunge. If you don't want to jump it, step it. 3, 4, 8, and good. 35 seconds.
