25 Oct 2022 · 47 min
Brendon Burchard announces the launch of the GrowthDay Podcast Network, a collection of shows designed to make personal development accessible through podcasts and the Growth Day app. He shares the vision behind the network and introduces the initial podcast shows and hosts.
Hey, it's Brendon Burchard. And this is a special episode where I get to share with you the exciting announcement that, yes, I've launched a podcast network. And in this episode I'm going to share with you that story and the journey, the twists, the turns, the drama, the excitement, the surprises and the joy of bringing a podcast network to you under the Growth Day Podcast Network. I'm so thrilled to share this story with you. I've been working on it for well over a year, maybe even a decade without knowing it, culminating into an epic release of our very first show this last week called Marketing with Brendon Burchard. Blessed to have your support in that first release kind of stunned us, honestly. So I'll tell you that story because as we released it, I literally released it. We looked by the end of the day had broke the top 50 and then 40 and then top 30 of all business podcasts just started taking the business category. Then it was top 20 and then it was top 10. It was like, oh my God, what, wait, what is going on here? And then it was top five. And I mean, it was like, what is happening with this podcast? And it was the first release of the Growth Day Podcast Network, which I have two podcasts in. But then we have other podcasters as well who I'll introduce you to today. It was an incredible and surprising release and start in so many ways. And like I said though, maybe it's been a 10 year journey and I'd love to just share that personal journey a little bit with you as well as what's our mission and why are we doing this and what's the point of launching a podcast network in this modern era when it's so hard to stand out? So maybe I can take you back. You know, over a decade ago, I started my first podcasting efforts that ultimately culminated into the Brendon Show Podcast, which was always a podcast of sort of my teachings. As you know, I taught live online for what, 14 years now, and I've done 22 plus online courses. I've taught pretty much weekly every single week without miss in my career for almost 15 years. And I've had the blessing of having your support along the way. It's always been this community that has taken my personal brand to another level. So whether you're listening on marketing with Brendon Burchard right now or you're listening on motivation with Brendon Burchard right now, thank you for your support. It all began with the Brendon Show Podcast which was really just a library of my team pulling from the vault of all my video teaching and just making little clips out of it. In fact, if you ever saw my social media anywhere, and it was always community fan sites, my 5 million fans on Facebook actually began, that page actually began as a community fan site where people were posting my quotes for my books. And then we just, you know, kept it going. And so my work has always been in social media as well as podcasts. Just a sort of a library of the team pulling from the vault and putting it up. And along the way, of course, the podcasting industry grew, the social media industry grew. We went from the expert economy to the knowledge economy to thought leader economy to the influencer economy to the creator economy, whatever you call it. But now, you know, tens of millions of people around the world making a living, sharing their voice and their passions and their story and their expertise with other people. And along the way, you all just always had my back. When I released books, you know, six best selling books, 20 plus online courses, you supported me through, I mean, brain injuries, you know, lots of broken bones, the loss of my father, you know, from getting married to moving all over the place and starting new teams and new brands, being part of the unicorn story over at Kajabi, to, you know, watching my own stuff continue to take off. And it's always been because you supporting me. And so I don't know really how to share the story. Exactly. So forgive me if I'm going to stumble along because you know what, I always, I hate the hubris of a, of a host or a person sharing details like that and then saying, well, let me share you my exact path of how I did that. Because all I know is I've woken up every day to create content for you for 15 years, but lots of people can do that. And you never know where it's going to go because the audience is going to take it in a certain direction and the audience is going to bless you with success or relevance or likes or followers or, you know, viralocity or whatever it is to grow your personal brand. So I have ideas of how, you know, I try to implement my marketing strategies and that's in my new podcast called Marketing with Brendon Burchard. But I also, along the way, was carried by your support and there's no question about that. So I begin this announcement today with gratitude. Thank you for listening. Thank you for being part of the community. I'm so excited to serve you with this new podcast network. So first, let me do the quick introductions and the hot news about the podcast network, and then I'll give you the behind the scenes of what led to it and how we got here. If you didn't know, last summer I launched the Growth Day software app, which you can go and subscribe to@growthday.com and the purpose there was to take all of the content that I had, all of the requests that you all had given me about digitizing or making an app of a lot of my teaching and training, but also trying to make access to the core personal development tools that lots of companies charge thousands of dollars for and give you access to motivational teachers who charge, you know, 50,000 to $100,000 a keynote and give you access to courses that you know were $300 to $5,000 each. It was trying to say, how can we take this personal development industry and deliver it to people for literally pennies compared to what they used to pay? Because my mission is to make self improvement a way of life for every person on the planet. How do I inspire people with the tools or the coaching, the community, the conversations to help people make personal development a real priority, to make it a habit, a practice. And so I eventually, when I decided to launch this podcast network, I'll tell you the story. I reached out to some friends and people who I knew shared that passion for personal development, and some people who are just crazy enough to agree to jump on to a new podcast network with me to really change the game of how to do a podcast network. So in this episode, I'll also break down what sucks about the current podcasting industry, what's good about it, what we believe needs to change, what's challenging with the old model, but also what will be challenging, frankly, with the new model. But first and foremost, let me welcome to the Growth Day Podcast Network family some incredible people. First and foremost, we have joining the Growth Day Podcast Network, Trent Shelton. If you know Trent, you know one of the greatest motivators of his generation. His podcast is called Straight up with Trent Shelton. And that's what it is. It's just him spitting straight truth. It's him sharing about his journey from being a former NFL wide receiver to a truly internationally successful motivational speaker who also happens to have 12 million followers on social media. Because his inspirational and motivational videos are incredible. He's one of the great speakers in the motivational world right now, but his podcast is an opportunity to bring a different perspective, to bring some real fire and motivation to Growth Day. Because at the core of everything we must figure out in our life, it's how to motivate ourselves, how to stay motivated. And yes, I know people say, no, no, no, Brendan, it's about discipline and it's about habits and all these other things. And I'm always like, you do understand that motivation underlies those things, too. Well, some people try to confuse them in the modern era. Trust me, there's very little you do in your entire life, including your habits or discipline, not because you just feel like it, but because you have motive, motivation to do it. And Trent's one of the great teachers in this area. You're going to love his show Straight up with Trent Shelton. By the way, you'll be able to find links to every one of these shows I'm going to introduce you to right now by going to growthday.com podcasts. That's growthday.com podcasts. So let me continue the story of who's in it, and then I'll come back to how he came up with it. I also want to welcome the Boss Babe Podcast. If you've been on Instagram, you probably know the Boss Babes. You know Natalie Ellis and Danielle Canty, two incredible women who've created the home for ambitious women who really want to build something, build their personal brands, build an entrepreneurial endeavor, build their careers, and do it unapologetically. And a little story there, which you may or may not know is Danielle and Natalie actually met at one of my seminars. They tell the story way better than I did. I didn't know that for a long time. I actually watched them skyrocket. I invited them to do something and they said, hey, you know, we met at your event, right? And we formed the business there, right? I said, what? What? I had no idea. And now they reach millions of women online. Their Instagram is copied by, you know, tens of thousands of women who want to, you know, build a brand like that. And yet they stand as the true original Boss Babes. So the Boss Babe Podcast is in the Growth Day Podcast network. Again. You can grab links to it by just going to growthday.com podcasts and you'll find Apple links there, Spotify links there, and Google links there. Also joining us is Lisa Bilyeu and her Women of Impact podcast. Many of you know Lisa as the co founder of the billion dollar company, Quest Nutrition. You ever have a Quest protein bar? She's also the president of Impact Theory. Her, along with her husband, Tom Bilyeu, have created an incredible media empire with Impact Theory and her mission to empower Women is so above and beyond. Her last book on radical confidence, I think really speaks for what Women of Impact is. It's about empowering women with the confidence to go for their life dreams. And those three shows are just, oh my gosh, I'm so excited about them. And then we also have Lori Harder. Her podcast called Earn youn're Happy. It's really about helping you find a purpose, really build a network to support your dreams to unapologetically again, pursue your passions, pursue your career, whether as an entrepreneur, as an executive. And it's about really thinking bigger but I think going deeper too. Lori's podcast is kind of like listening to a friend. Even though she's a best selling author, an investor, one of those multi passionate entrepreneurs, it's like listening to a friend go through life, deal with struggles and I know you're going to love her show. And then last and not least are my two shows, Marketing with Brendon Burchard, which is my brand new show going behind the scenes of how I think about marketing. And what's interesting about that show, Marketing with Brennan Burchard is that the episodes used to be behind a paywall. So each of the episodes you'll be listening to there. We used to sell for $100 to $1,000 an episode. Not kidding because they were virtual online classes, but they were also virtual online classes that have expired, meaning people can't renew for them anymore because we have new content. So these were in the vault and no one had access to them anymore. But they are marketing gold. They are absolute fire instruction and frameworks of what to do to grow your personal brand, your audience or your career, especially if you're in marketing or business. Now, of course, I also have Motivation with Brendon Burchard that is a rebrand of my show, the Brendon Show. So when I came out with Marketing with Brendan, I realized I needed to differentiate the Brendon show and help people understand, hey, this show over here is for motivation and personal development. And this show over here is for marketing and business. So that is why we rebranded the Brendon show into Motivation with Brendon Burchard. And we launched Marketing with Brendon Burchard which again, you all helped climb into the top 20 of the business podcast category on Apple. Just like that. I can't even believe it. We're still, honestly, as I'm, I'm filming this, I hadn't actually planned to record this for you today, but that thing took off so much. It was like oh, we need to get out in front of this and announce this a little earlier than we had planned to. So welcome to the episode where I plan to share all this with you. Forgive me if I'm a hot mess going through it. You don't want to know what time of night it is. As I'm in this dark room recording this episode for you, I'd like to share a little about what we're trying to do. Of course, if you're already a Growth Day member, meaning you subscribe to our app, you're a member of our app community, you know that my mission again is to make self improvement a way of life. And a lot of Growth Day members will be like, why, why launch a podcast? You know, we've got this thing over here where it's got all the tools, all the courses, the coaching, the community. Already it's a paid membership for the year, this annual programs. Why go put something out there for free? Well, my answer to that is if our mission is to bring personal development to the world, there's going to be people who want to go to the advanced level and want to do the work in terms of using our core tools in Growth Day. And if those, if you're not, if you're unfamiliar with what that means. Growth Day is a personal development app. It's the world's first sort of all in one software for self improvement. So it has your core tools that everyone must use in their personal professional development. That's your mindset journal, that's your habit tracking, that's your goal setting, and that's your wellness challenges all in one place. And I really believe unless we're journaling, tracking our habits, setting goals and challenging ourselves, we're really not doing personal development. Those are fundamental tools. And I started Growth Day because those tools used to be spread out across, you know, five, six, seven, eight apps. And of course I'd had some best selling books on those topics. And we had, you know, the High Performance Planner and performance Journal. It sold, you know, I don't even know kabilion copies. And people were always asking, could you put that in an app? But I didn't want to just do my stuff in the app. I wanted to create a world class software tool. And then I also didn't want to just be the only teacher in it, so invited some of the highest paid, most influential motivational speakers, inspirational teachers, life coaches, business mentors to come and teach in Growth Day live every week as part of our Growth Day Pro or all Access memberships and so what you have in Growth Day is these core tools, then this live coaching every week, then we've got the ability to have conversations in Growth Day, meaning you can upgrade to host rooms, like audio rooms or video rooms, where you can talk about personal development with your family or your friends. Kind of like having our own private zoom or clubhouse right in Growth Day. Because I really believe a lot of people want to talk about personal development, motivation, confidence, mental health, but they don't have a place to really do it. And so we enabled that within Growth Day. We also enabled a world class community of, you know, now over 300,000 strivers of, you know, people who are trying to achieve their full potential. They're, they're striving for a better life. All of that is in Growth Day. The software that we have and that we've built, we launched just over a year ago and have been absolutely stunned and blessed with the success. So much. So some of you guys don't know, but, you know, We've hired over 60 people now since launching Growth Day. It's just been an absolute rocket and we haven't even started. But along the way, of course, not everybody knows what a self improvement software is. And we want to make sure that we're serving our mission in bringing self improvement and personal development to the masses. And, and one of the easiest and best ways to do that these days, of course, is through podcasting. We can reach so many millions of people every month, but not many millions of people yet are going to sign up for Growth Day every month. So we had to figure out, okay, how do we, how do we share this message of personal growth, whether they're in the app or they're not. And of course, I already had the asset of the Brendon Show. Again, that's over a decade old. And I think the Brennan show has been in the top charts, you know, so many times throughout the years that you all would lift an episode up or, you know, I think we were in the top 20 of all health podcasts for like four or five years straight. It was crazy. So it was a huge show. But I want to share this with you, and this is a distinction of why I started the podcast network. So forgive me if I'm rambling a little bit, but I, I think this might be interesting to you with all this background. Now, the Brennan show, having done so well over those years, something that was unique about, did not have any ads, so I didn't run any ads on the Brennan show specifically. And you heard me talk about this on episodes for a while, I didn't run ads because I didn't like them. When I listened to podcasts I didn't like. I wanted to go there and have a place where, you know, these commercials for mattresses or socks or some lame things that I knew the hosts weren't even using were, you know, pouring into my ears, garbage in, garbage out. So I just didn't want it. So I didn't want to deliver that to my audience. And I had the blessing of doing that because I had so much success with my books and my courses and my one on one coaching and my live coaching on the Internet every month. I just didn't need to, quote, unquote, monetize the podcast. Of course, looking back, I probably gave up literally 30 to 40 million dollars of sales that I could have done with ads over that time. But I just was passionate about putting some of my best training out for free at the time. And the podcast network was also, I'd say the podcast industry was also evolving. And I was watching it so much so that about two years ago, I said, okay, you know, I've got a lot of these partners and sponsors or companies I invest in that I do really believe in, and I do want to tell their story and I do want to introduce my audience to them because they're in alignment, they're in integrity, and they're not doing what the model of the other networks are doing, which is, you know, what we would call a classic race to the bottom of cpm. CPM means cost per thousand. What it means is most podcasters sell their podcasts to a network. And what that network does is it goes out to, you know, through salespeople, it goes out to big brands and says, hey, give us some money and we will run your ads. We'll have the host either read the ad or we'll just run a little commercial on their show. And of course, over a period of time, what has happened is that these advertisers have kept pressuring and pressuring and pressuring that price to be lower and lower and lower. So when I say a race to the bottom, what you were seeing was, you know, podcasters who used to say, yeah, I really want to talk about three or four sponsors that I believe in. They stopped paying as much. And now instead of reading one ad, they were reading five ads to make the same. This is why some podcasts that you listen to today, like the big popular ones, they might have 10, 12, 16 ads an episode. And you're like, what is going on? Why is it so many ads and they're short, little quick ones, and they're little commercials, and it's not even the host reading them? I have no judgment to this, by the way, because, hey, podcasters out there, monetize your work, provide for your family, build your brand, earn money. I'm all about that. But like anything that grows, like the podcast industry has, there comes a lot of abuse and a lot of nonsense, and a lot of advertisers or sales teams have just nickel and dime. So many great podcasters, and no podcaster that I've ever met woke up and said, gee, I'd love to spend an entire day every week reading all these ads on a race to the bottom. And so I thought, there must be a better way. So I put out the Brendan show and a conversation with a couple different networks, and they came back with their standard proposals. And I looked at them. I just thought, I don't want to be part of that. You know, many of these podcast companies, because they're media companies, but they're really not media companies. They're sales teams that use other hosts, hosting services, that they host the podcast. But really what they are is a large sales team that goes out and sells advertisers. And again, this is a good thing because this creates a marketplace for podcasters and hosts to make money. But a lot of the metrics and the pressure of a sales organization comes back to the hosts. And often what I was noticing was that they weren't really paying per individual podcast hosts, real community. They were just saying, hey, whatever downloads you get, this is what you get paid. That's what it is. And this isn't true for everything, by the way. I'm just speaking how podcasting has become a little bit commoditized based on just download performance, not necessarily who's listening. And frankly, I valued my audience and you guys way too much to just be pumping out, you know, 17 ads of things I don't believe in. And believe me, it is very standard practice now today for podcast hosts to read things that they don't even know like or use or want to use. And that's just because the volume that they have to do and the deals that these sales teams often present to them, again, zero judgment. I'm sharing all that as context to a decision I didn't want to make for the Brennan Show. So as I met with all these potential partners, these other networks, I started getting under the hood of their businesses, talking to some of their senior executives, and realizing how that industry, because it has to do it as a sales team first, wasn't necessarily always going to survive. If you didn't know there were several networks in the last couple years that didn't pay their hosts for not one weeks, but sometimes months because they, you know, were barely. The margin is so thin when you have sales teams that big. And I was like, ugh, I don't know. I don't know if I want to start a network on one of these other networks and bring my friends into it unless it's something I can uniquely, you know, build and support, but not be driven and owned by the advertisers. And so what was the natural place for that? It was in alignment with Growth Day because Growth Day is a software company. It doesn't have to be a sales team selling into advertisers. No, we're a software company. We provide tools and coaching and courses and community for people who love the self improvement journey in their life. They love making personal development a priority. They love to learn about themselves, they love to get better and worldwide. That's a huge, huge market. That's the entire personal development market. That's the mental health market, that's the professional development, that's the corporate training, that's the wellness industries all rolled into one. In fact, I really believe everything that I just shared is under the personal development market. Right. I'm somebody who believes that coaching is personal development, therapy is personal development, mental health practices, wellness practices. I believe even nutrition and health like working out, these are all things that live under the striving that we do to improve ourselves, to improve our lives, to achieve a better future for ourselves and our families, to become more of who we truly are and who we can be. That's the stuff of personal development. So I'm very passionate about it. And I said, well, I'd love to start my own network where I can bring people who believe in self improvement as much as I do to the world and do it in such a way that it's not race to the bottom, but rather it's a spiral up where I can introduce some voices that I believe in from different perspectives. I believe in just like you've seen me do with Growth Day, where we brought so many women, people of color, people from different backgrounds, experiences. Some people have a career, some are entrepreneurs, some are creators, some are leading large teams. I love bringing that type of caliber in Growth Day, the software app. I want to do that with podcasts too. And if you go again to growthday.com podcasts you can see all of our shows, and I can tell you when you get to know, you know, Natalie and Danielle of the Boss Babe podcast, or Lisa Bilyeu or Trent Shelton or Lori Harder. These people practice personal development. They do the work. I know because I've been in the seminar, in the conference rooms with them. I've been backstage watching them listen to other speakers. I've seen them hone their craft, teach themselves how to do better communication, inspire themselves to build a business, help other people stand up, better relationships in their life, better businesses, better careers, and better health. And so it's a nice mix to begin, and we will keep building, but I don't have the ambition of these big podcast networks that have hundreds of shows. In fact, I think ever Growth Day will probably sponsor and be a part of maybe 30 unique podcasters, and that will take us two to three years to build out that stable of stars who really understand self improvement. You know, I really believe in these people, and I also want to say I'm blessed that they believed in me. Could you imagine getting a phone call from me and going, hey, I got this idea. You know, there's this huge, you know, industry of podcasts now completely controlled by Bohemuth conglomerates. And what I want to do is I want to compete with them, but what I don't want to do is, is follow the business model they've proven for a decade. What I'd rather do is something where we actually lift each other up, where we actually support each other, where we actually have the freedom to know that we can build together, that we can reach an audience on this topic that we're so passionate about. And you want to start with me? You know, I mean, I just want to thank you, Lisa, Lori, Trent, Natalie, Danielle, and the four or five other folks who I can't mention just yet who have gone on this journey with me. And believe me, I'm all in on it, too, because I've put my own two shows in the Growth Day Podcast network just like they did. So, something I'm really excited about. I know that as I share this, it can sound, and I'm cautious about can sound like I'm just, you know, so judgmental of the podcast industry. And what I really want to share with you is it changed my life. It really changed my life just because I don't like some things about it. I remember sitting down for the first time listening to a podcast. I remember the very first time that I connected a $30 mic to my laptop to record my first Podcast. I remember my first review. I remember the first time I ever got an email saying, brendon, I'm listening to your podcast and I have this question. This is over 150 million downloads ago. Along the way, I got to meet a lot of people around the world who, when they come up to me in airports, it's not, hey, I read your book, though that happens, or, hey, I'm in your course, though that happens, or hey, I'm in your newsletter that happens often. It's, hey, I listen to your podcast when I go running. I listen to your podcast when I'm out for a walk. I listen to your podcast when I'm cleaning the house. I listen to your podcast when I feel bad and I just have a down moment, I need some motivation, I go to your show and to each of you, I want to let you know I have reverence for this podcast industry. Just because I didn't like some of the financial models or some of the sort of legal aspects of how some of these big networks tie up other podcasters, you know, business or life or even intellectual property. I just. It doesn't mean that that's not the right answer for some people. And I mean that genuinely because, listen, the way I've done a lot of things isn't right for a lot of people too. Not everybody needs to film an online course to succeed in the online world. That was my hammer. That was the way I solved it for me. But I have tons of friends who are wildly successful who don't ever want to film an online course. Just because I'm sharing with you a new way that I was thinking about it, it doesn't mean I'm discounting the whole industry or that particular way. What I'm attempting to do, and I don't know if I did a good job or not because it's so late right now. I was just trying to share, like why I made the decision to put my own shows in into something new to try to do something new that was not reliant upon the old model. Of course, here in Growth Day Podcast Network, we will run ads. But you'll notice a lot of the ads are for exactly what we are doing. It's ads to support each of the shows where you'll hear us talking about one another's shows. It's ads to support Growth Day because each of these podcast hosts will also be exclusively teaching a Growth Day live session in the app once a month. That means, by the way, if you're a Growth Day pro member, Or Growth Day all access. You now also get Natalie and Danielle from the Boss Babe teaching Live personal development. You get Lisa Bilyeu teaching Live personal development. Trent Shelton, Lori Harder, teaching live in Growth Day. And I know some people say, what's the difference between, you know, their podcast and them teaching Live and Growth Day? Well, when they teach Live and Growth Day, it's like a keynote address. It's a training session. It's not a conversation like a podcast is. It's actually training. So if you didn't know, in Growth Day, every month we pick a personal development theme. It might be resilience, confidence, influence, productivity, courage, motivation, energy, health, parenting, leadership. And each of our teachers will give a 45 minute presentation on that topic. And again, all of these teachers charge $50,000 and above per keynote. They're live every week. Two a week are usually teaching. And so these are full on, like inspirational keynotes, training sessions where we're dropping frameworks, not just conversations. It's not interviews, it's actual teaching. Because I want Growth Day to be very elevated and to be the advanced place that you go to take your personal development to a whole other level. I believe podcasts do that as well. I'm a huge fan of podcasts, but getting training is a very different thing. There's a reason companies pay these folks, you know, like I said, 50 GS and above, to come and speak to their people. Because that session is a very different thing than a conversation. I know you understand that, but that was a big part of what excited me about doing this, was by sponsoring and partnering with these podcast hosts, I would also get to introduce them and add more value into Growth Day, the software app. And that brought even more value to our existing community and helped them uniquely teach something that, you know, I find anyway to be challenging. Every month, some new idea in personal development. How do I think about it? And it takes a lot of time to really think through and prepare for that because I know that nine other Growth Day coaches are going to teach on it and I want to make sure I'm bringing my A game. So we're just leveling each other up all the time. Of course, if you go to growthday.com podcasts, you'll get to also subscribe to our newsletter. Every week I'm going to send out a newsletter of the best of the best episodes of each of these podcasts so you can get to know Lori and Lisa, Natalie, Danielle, Trent, and as well as what was happening to hit that week in my two shows, marketing with Brendan or motivation with Brendan. And so please sign up for that newsletter if you'd love some updates on the podcast network as we build it out. But you also just like direct links to the shows themselves. We got a lot coming up this year in Growth Day as we build out the community, as we build out these podcast network models, as we just continue serving people in 80 countries around the world. We're literally a year in to Growth Day, I guess just a little over a year. And the truth of why we've been able to do this is because for 15 years you all have supported me, but most importantly, you've educated me, you've taught me what you want, you've shared with me where your pains and struggles and challenges are. And that allowed me to succeed in my personal career because I could resonate because I listened to you all and because of that, that gave me the freedom of lifestyle and finances and passions to pursue to start Growth Day, which we began during the pandemic. The world went into lockdown and I knew people were going to need more personal development tools when they're at home. The world went into lockdown, including us having to cancel a bunch of my old live seminars. You know, I used to do eight live seminars per year, let alone all the traveling I did for keynoting the biggest arenas in North America, all that stopped too. So suddenly I had what, 70 to 90 extra days a year to listen to you all and I finally heard loud and clear that you wanted me to develop an app, but you didn't want just my stuff in there. You wanted access to my peers, access to the people who I believed in, access to diverse voices, access to tools that would keep you on your a game over the long haul because anyone can get inspired by an episode. But to develop yourself and to track that development over a period of time, I knew it was time to build a software company. And with that I just like to give a thank you to my team. I know this might sound self serving, but I've got the best team in the business and you know, them coming on and believing in me and building this rocket ship that's been growth day so far. I just, if you all knew how hard they just put in this last, you know, year and a half, two years to get us here. It was a monumental effort. And while, you know, growth Day, you know, I'm in it teaching every week and you know, I'm the founder and I get to be the, you know, lucky to be the CEO of the company leading these folks. It's the team who are pulling off, you know, no small miracles every day in order to serve, you know, all these people around the world, you know, in the app, but also the millions on social media who follow us all over the place. And I want to let you know something. We're just getting warmed up. We obsess every day and we think, okay, how can we make these core tools for personal development better? How can we bring you live coaches and live teaching and training that really changes your perspective or helps you break through an old block or helps you see with greater clarity and vision and confidence who you are and who you can be? Who helps you improve your relationships and your health and your career and your finances and your adventure and your lifestyle. This is not easy. And I know I sound probably a little tired. It's way late at night here as I'm doing this for you, because we're so busy just trying to keep up, just trying to serve. And even with 60 people, I just know we're just getting started. So I'll let you know what you can look forward to with Growth Day. You can look forward to the software getting better and better and better. Those core tools that live weekly coaching, our growth groups, our community, our online courses. You'll also get to look forward now to some podcasts and more podcasts coming out over the coming years that will help us reach even more people every single month with personal development. And next year, a return to my famous conferences. You know, like I said, eight times a year, you know, a couple hundred to a couple thousand people would gather and we do a three, four or five day seminar that was truly transformational. I know a lot of people been waiting for those to come back. Those will come back. And those will also be under the Growth Day banner. So Growth Day will be your place for your core personal development tools, your coaching, your conversations, whether growth groups in the app or podcasts out in the world, your community, your online community within the app, but also at conferences, at our seminars. And as we build this all out, we will continue learning from you, listening to you. So if you happen to be on our social media in anywhere, especially my social media today, maybe hop into our DMs and just say, hey, you know, would you think about, you know, this podcaster coming onto your network? Or, hey, I'd love to see this teacher in Growth Day, the software, or hey, I'd love to have this feature. Could you do that? Believe me, we listen. And if you'll be patient with us as we build this, I Promise we will build exactly what you really desire and need to continue your personal development journey. Because as you all know, that journey so far has been amazing. It brought you here to this moment. It brought us connected in this moment. I'm not just some random podcaster. I'm in this dark room late at night, thinking of you, seeing you in my mind's eye, knowing that, like me, you do personal development because you want not just to feel better, but you want to serve people better. You want to matter. You want to make a difference. And you know that you've got to get better and elevate your game in order to serve even more people or to be better as a mom or a dad, as a team leader, as a spouse, as a caregiver, as somebody who's really trying to develop your life. I just think that in the past, we lived in a world where all of our personal development was scattered all around. We had journals over there, courses over there, coaching over there. We had communities over here. We had conversations over there. And I'm trying to pull it all together. So you got one place that you can count on as your home for personal development.
