This is a podcast episode titled "Clubhouse? And other GrowthDay hot news" recorded in February 2021 featuring Brendon TEST Burchard. In this episode, Brendon shares an insider look into his life and discusses his experiences with the Clubhouse app, updates on the Growth Day brand including its rebranding, live shows, community engagement, and personal development offerings. He also talks about his daily routines, the Growth Day coaching platform, and upcoming app launch, providing motivational insights and encouraging listeners to engage in consistent personal growth.
Hey, friends, it's Brendan. And I rarely do these one off episodes, but there's so much going on in my life here in 2021 that I'm dedicated to giving you more of an insider look into what the heck is going on in my life. So today's episode, we're going to talk about me getting on Clubhouse and what that was like and what is Clubhouse. I'll talk about all the huge updates across the Growth Day brand. I'll talk about the rebrand and what I've learned in doing that so far in the first whatever, you know, 30, 45 days of this year. I'll talk about all the cool stuff, the morning show, the new community, the referral programs, the, you know, the new clients, all that I'm doing to try to reach more people with what we're doing and all the help I need from you, but also the insights I'm learning from a high performance perspective of surviving it all. So let me give you just an inside look on just this last week because maybe you saw I got on Clubhouse finally, or maybe you finally caught a morning show or maybe you were part of the Growth Day members and you actually watched some of the live training we did with our coaches this week that we broadcast out to our members. It was an epic, epic week. Just like let's talk sheer volume. So if I sound funny today, forgive me. Also, if you hear a bunch of noise in the background, that is the ocean. I'm just in the side room right now knocking this audio out for you today. And I'm in Puerto Rico. So that lulling sound in the background, if you don't hear it, I hear it. I have to make sure it doesn't put me to sleep. It's so calming to me. It's great for writing, sometimes needed that added green tea to boost it up. So here's what was this week. Just to give you an idea of what I do now on the weekly for you guys. So as usual, you know, I am across all the social media, but now we're doing something very specific. Every morning, weekday morning, 7:30am Pacific Standard Time, I go live with Jamie Kern Lima. And if you don't know Jamie, she built the billion dollar company called it Cosmetics, which she built from scratch from her living room built into a thousand employees, sold it for over a billion dollars to l', Oreal, which then placed her as the first female CEO in the history of l' Oreal Brands. And she's just an unbelievable bright ray of light. And every morning at 7:30am Pacific Standard Time. We're live on my Instagram or on any of my Facebook pages. And I hope that you watch us, because our whole goal in Growth Day is how do we bring greater, I think, empathy and encouragement and into your life on the daily. And so that's that show where our focus in Growth Day is. My belief, if you drew a triangle out on a page right now, the top of the triangle and the left and the right, the corners, these are things that I really believe Growth Day stands for and what we're trying to help you do in life. Because I think after you, after people have, you know, security or safety or some money in the bank or they're trying to, you know, really change their life, even if they don't have those things, what do they really want? What's the end game? Well, the top of the triangle. I believe we all want aliveness. We want a sense of passion, of enthusiasm, of joy, of excitement for the day, of the aliveness that comes from, you know, being who we truly are. Because aliveness is ultimately a sense of being right. It's that spirited sense of being when we're present, when we're aware, when we're in the moment, when we're in the flow, when we're doing things that are engaging or interesting to us, when we're doing things that are adventurous or challenging or even scary, but in a directed way so that we can have a sense of aliveness. Because, listen, we all have to have a reverence for life. This life is short. And so I think the morning show is bringing a lot of liveness to people's days. The feedback we're getting from it is phenomenal. I'm super excited about that. Second, I believe the lower left corner of that triangle is connection. We want a sense of connection with others, with ourselves, with our creator, a sense of connection with our work. But connection I really believe in the pandemic has gotten harder. And so coming to you every morning live with this encouragement with Jamie, I mean, you're literally getting to sit in on how I, but also someone who sold a company for a billion bucks start their morning, and you get to hear how we think of things. We did Confidence Week, we did Vision Week, and. And so we have weekly themes, and her and I just get on. We jam with you all. We just send lots of encouragement and try to start your day off motivated. And then the bottom right of the triangle would be meaningful pursuits. We all want to do things that we feel, draw fulfillment from ourselves, that we feel fulfilled and happy about that. We feel like we have purpose and what we are doing is, and how we are being is meaningful. And then the middle of that triangle is growth. Growth. We all want to grow. And to consistently grow, you must be consistently in the conversation of personal development. And maybe you don't have friends who talk a lot about personal development and that's why you listen to my podcast, right? Or maybe you don't have a lot of friends who are as encouraging or have the perspective or the expertise to help you improve your lives. And I hope that's also why you you tune in. I hope we're a valuable resource for that. But now think about that. That's live every morning, 7:30am Pacific Standard Time for 30 minutes with me and Jamie Kern Lima. So add that math up. That was, you know, it was live every 30 minutes with her each day. But then I also have been going live on Clubhouse every night at 4pm Pacific Time, which is 8pm Pacific My time here in Puerto Rico. So Clubhouse, lots of questions on that. Am I going to continue it? Do I like it? What's it about? I'll share the good and the bad. The good is Clubhouse is an audio only format. I think it's an excellent idea. It's just been brilliantly conceived and executed so far where basically a moderator hosts a room. You open up a room and you can invite people to join in. And you get to invite people. There's like an audience of people who joined the room and you can call on them to make them speakers and leave an open sort of like stage where you have these speakers who, they're all jumping into the conversation with you as moderator. Since it's your room, you can put people from the speaker stage back into the audience. If they're not contributing or if there's noise in their background, you can mute them or. But it's great to have a bunch of speakers in there because it's a discussion based platform. Unfortunately, it's only for iOS Apple so far, which I know they've received a ton of hate for. But listen, they were a startup last year of three people and if you've never done an app before, and I've invested in a lot of them, let me share with you. It's hard and you start slow. You, you build for one platform first. You master it, you understand it, then you expand to other platforms as you make money. And so for those who are all like, oh, they're terrible people, they're just a bunch of Apple, iPhone, iOS rich people and people like going off on them. The reality is, yeah, you rolled out one platform at a time. I'll be rolling out my app one platform at a time. We'll have the Growth Day app premiering in mid April for you guys. And it's kind of one thing at a time. We're just trying to make sure that you do it right. And of course, they didn't have the employees to support it and it's really expensive to do it on other platforms. So, anyway, the good news is they're going to have it for Android and all the other platforms very, very soon. But they launched just on Apple, which I know limits some people from hearing it, which is a bummer. But they'll catch up. Don't worry. They're in their first year, y'. All. They're going to be fine. So what I like about Clubhouse is I can invite a bunch of friends, tell them, hey, I'm gonna go in Clubhouse. And they'll tell them, you know, as an example. And I hope you guys will listen in. I'll go 4pm every day this upcoming week, 4pm Pacific. And what I do is I just host discussions about high performance and personal development. We talk about wellness and sleep. We talk about productivity and focus. We talk about confidence. We talk about business building. We talk about being great leaders and role models and parents. It's literally an open discussion about personal development. And what's cool is I get to introduce you to a ton of my friends who a lot of people don't know, like the highest level psychologists and behavioral scientists in the world. I get to invite and introduce you to people in the performance category who can really take your life to another level. But also, you guys, I call up fans, I call up listeners from the audience. I take questions. And also I'm getting introduced to people. People pop into my room who I've admired or followed for a long time, who might be celebrities, who might be in other categories, and they just know me. Or they hop into the room cause they're interested and they jump into the discussion. So in that way, I love it. I've reconnected with some old friends I haven't talked to in years who literally just bounce in the room. They're like, oh, my God, Brandon. I'm like, oh, my God, what are you doing? So it's fun, it's interactive, it's real, it's. It's something I'm really enjoying. And do not underestimate the power of Clubhouse. Don't do it just because they're not on Android yet, or just because they're in the first year, they've already received a valuation of over a billion dollars, which is completely obnoxious. But it shows how frothy the market still is for startups, especially in that category of social media when it hits. And unfortunately, it's iPhone only. Unfortunately, unfortunately it's invite only. So someone with an iPhone has to invite you who's in it. And they're doing that to scale the growth. I'm sure one day they'll be open to everybody. But right now it's just, you have to understand when you're starting an app, there's so much expenses to it and you don't have the team to manage it, to just like open up to the world to everybody immediately, especially when you have a hit. You have to really make sure that you're building it so it doesn't break. I mean, there's a lot that goes involved. So I do stand up for them in that way as a, as a personal, as a person who does startups and invests in them, I get how hard it is and so give them time. But it's going to be, I mean, when you talk about a billion dollar valuation already with, at the time, they, I think they got $100 million valuation when they had, you know, a million or two people into it. And now it's, I've heard it's six to seven and, you know, it's a significant platform. It's going to be here. So join me if you want to see how I'm doing it. Because there's a certain magic to moderating it. And I learned that from Craig Clemons and Lewis Howes. They both really encouraged me to get on the platform. Thank you. Craig Clemens, he hosted my first room and he was the number one hype guy of all time. Just like Brendan's the best. Oh, my God. And he kept telling him, follow him, follow him, follow him, because you can go to clubhouse and follow me, just like you can follow me on Instagram. And so he was telling everybody, follow Ren, follow him. And you know, he keeps saying it was funny because he'd read my bio off every time. But as he got enthused, my bio got better and better and better. It was like, it sounds like every time he reintroduced me, I'd sold another million books magically. But it was so much fun. We had a great time. And if you haven't been in there with me 4pm Pacific for this upcoming week, I don't know if I'll do it every week. So try to get into the room if you can and join me and see what we're doing, meet some of my friends. Hopefully I can call on you guys. I do take questions in there. And so it's kind of like my radio show, if you will. If I had a radio show, it's on clubhouse. It's 4pm Pacific each day. So think about that. I was. I did that for this week. I did the 30 minutes live in the morning, 7:30am Pacific with Jamie Kern Lima, then Clubhouse with a bunch of my friends every night at 4pm Pacific Standard Time. And then we had the Growth Day training. Like the in depth stuff, the member only stuff, the stuff that really moves the needle for people's lives, giving them frameworks for life, change and better business growth and leadership. And oh my gosh, that was an unbelievable first week. This was our first week. So for those who participated. Whoo. Thank you. That was. That was unbelievable. And for those who don't know what Growth Day is, let me give you my casual explanation. If you know what Masterclass is, you know, with the celebrity online course people, if Masterclass had its instructors who were only personal development and wellness teachers, and instead of online courses, they went live and they did that every week. And if Masterclass really actually cared about community and tools for behavior change, that's what Growth Day is. And so I started Growth Day. It's not just me. Growth Day is a collection of the world's best coaches and teachers, people I hand select because they have heart, they have experience, they have expertise, they know how to teach and they know how to coach. I bring them in and what happens is we go live throughout the week. Right now we're going live twice a week and we go live in our members only area. So it is paid and the Coach teaches for 30 to 40 minutes and then takes questions and coaches the audience for another 20, 30 minutes. It's video. And if you can't make it, we do offer the replay in the members areas, but most of these people charge between anywhere between 10,000 and $50,000 an hour for a keynote and in their private coaching programs. Most of their private coaching programs are literally tens of thousands of dollars a year each. But guess what? You get them all in Growth Day and everyone is saying it. And I hope you're hearing the buzz out there as we're starting this. It's literally the best offer that's ever been made in personal development. There is no better offer because you're getting basically Over a dozen personal development people from different perspectives because we really value diversity in the conversation and then in the training and in the coaching. And so you have people like Mel Robbins and Jenna Kutcher and David Bach, you have people like Gloria Tanmo and Anthony Trucks and we have people like Prince, EA and Dave Hollis or gosh, I'm leaving some people off here. Alex and Nick Ortner, Jamie Kern, Lima, myself. And we're adding more coaches. Jonathan Fields just joined us of the Good Life project. I've got some surprises coming up over the next coming months. We will get to a point when the app comes out. Well, there'll be a coach going live every single day of the work week so that if you ever just like you're feeling off, you're lacking motivation, confidence, focus, you're struggling, you'll be able to hop in at any day and not only see somebody live, but also be able to access the library of those who have gone live. And so maybe you really resonate with, you know, Dave Hollis or you really resonate with Jenna Kutcher or Mel Robbins or, you know, Prince, EA or Gloria and you can select them and access their former live broadcast, meaning their trainings, their library. And so it's, you know, within 60 days, this is the most valuable personal development library that's ever been created. When you really think about the value of people going live and coaching and, and having the access to it and all of that guys for less than a dollar a day. So it's, what is it? It's 299 bucks for the full year and that's going to get you the app as well that comes out. And that app will be available by the end of April with iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku. Can you believe that? So if you haven't joined Growth Day yet, go to growthday.com it's my entire focus and brand and efforts now. I've poured more into it than anything I've ever done. We rebranded hpx if you guys know what HPX was or HPX Life and you joined us there. We rebranded into Growth Day because I really wanted to have a brand that said what we do and we do personal growth on the daily because I believe that life transformation takes time and consistently and you can't just have a New Year's push to improve your life. The reason you have to listen to personal development so consistently is because that what you're listening to, that creates a groove in your brain, if you will. You know, it creates a self talk. Listening to all that Positivity, all that instruction, all that growth advice will. What happens is that becomes part of your mental conversation. And sometimes the more you listen to that goodness and you get that training and you get that new distinction that helps you make the better decision or develop the habit or stay with the habit, or go in this new direction or feel more confident or just improve your life as a role model or a parent or a leader. The more you listen to that and you learn personal development, the more that mental conversation is set on high. So that on those days when that mental chatter comes up, that is negative, that is self doubtful, that questions your worth or your abilities, your capabilities, or even your life, Guess what? That louder conversation of the mental conversation you have been ingraining in your ears and your eyes by being part of Growth Day takes over. You recraft, you retune your brain to a higher frequency of conversation that is more positive, more encouraging, more empathetic, more. More graceful, more spirited, more grounded. And so in those moments of stress, doubt, fatigue, discouragement, guess what happens. That part of your mental chatter is not as loud as what you've conditioned in your brain by consistent personal development. So to me, growth Day reminds you every day is a good day to engage in personal development. Every day you can choose a new attitude. Every day you can start anew. Every day you can try harder. Every day you can show up again. Every day you can believe in yourself. Every day is a good day to grow. You just got to show up for it. So everyone's like, brandon, I've never seen you work harder. What are you doing? You're the high performance guy. You're usually more balanced. I will share with you. The last 45 days, I think I've worked harder than any time in my life because think about just the hours there. 30 minutes live every day, Instagram, Facebook, an hour every day. Clubhouse. Sometimes clubhouse goes into two or three hours. What else? Oh, yeah, live, you know, two times a week with Growth Day coaches right now for an hour you're talking about. And then that's just. What is that? 10 to 13 hours live with you guys now a week. On top of that, you know, we've got the podcasts across the brand. You know, I probably do three or four zooms a day. And everyone's like, how are you managing all of this right now, Brendan? I go, man, I just, I put those things in play. I'm recording this on a Sunday. And so I usually don't record on Sundays, but Sundays, as you guys know, I do my life Review. I bust out my high performance planner and it has me evaluate the 10 major areas of my life. So here's how I'm managing my life right now. On the 1st of every month, as usual, I look at the entire month. I consider all my projects, I consider every area of my life using my high performance planner. I score myself, I consider my previous month's habits and learnings, and it's just a, it's a check in for me to really have my growth day habit on the first of the month to really evaluate where my life is. I also look out to the month and I ask is the way I've organized this month really prioritizing my values and really prioritizing my top three projects that I want to achieve in the next 90 days? And then I shuffle some things around, I schedule some things, I block some time to do some things. Then on every Sunday, I evaluate my whole life again, what I learned from the previous week. And then I also look at the upcoming week. I say, is this upcoming week oriented or prioritized so that I achieve those major projects I'm working towards? And then I change some things, add some blocks at times, reschedule some things. And then every morning, I do my morning routine. I get up, I do 20 minutes of movement or workout. I do 20 minutes of reading something positive and reciting it. Then I do 20 minutes of with my high performance planner, planning the day, looking at the day, thinking about how I can do it with excellence, just getting my head really clear about the intentions of the day, how I want to feel the day, how I want to connect, what's going to be meaningful, what might trip me up again, my tool for all that I use a high performance planner. It just helps lock it in. The good news for everybody who are Growth day members. So again, if you're not a member, go to growthday.com and become an official member. You have to pay. Again, it's paid, but members are going to get access to the app and the app is going to have all that built in for you digitally and you're going to get that free when you're a Growth Day member. So it is unbelievable, the value. That's why I say there is no better offer in the world of personal development right now. I'll put it up against anybody come May, when you see the app, the number of coaches going live every day, the library of available courses that you have at your fingertips as well, and the community, which is another thing I did in this last two weeks. We launched the community, which has been just members only so far, but now you are able to go and participate on the site even if you're not a paid member. In terms of just open discussions about personal development, we just are launching that honestly this week. So you guys are hearing about it first. And that's just@community.growthday.com and you can see the engagement and the positivity. It's kind of like our own private Facebook group, if you will. But it is, it's like our own, I should say public Facebook group, but it's not on Facebook. It's something that we are using because we just really created. We created because we really, we don't want all those ads. We don't know. You know, I'm just, I'm just, I'm moving. A lot of our groups will be moving to community.growthday.com just because I feel like, you know, there's just so many issues right now on Facebook and I don't know where it's all going to land. This isn't a huge discussion politically or even in terms of technology. It's just, I don't know if you're in Facebook groups right now. So many of them have become so poorly moderated. There's just ads everywhere. It's just, it's, you know, the data issues that continually come up over and over and over again that lead to outcomes that I'm just not supportive of. So we're moving to community.growthday.com for a lot of our conversations, even our private members areas. So those who are in some of our other private Facebook groups, you'll see us migrating over there. Please be patient with us over the next two, three weeks as we do that. It's going to take a lot of time to do that. It's going to take probably the next 30 to 60 days to migrate a lot of our audiences. So please, please, please be patient with us. But I'm really excited. As much as I've pushed harder than any time I can remember, all of it is so aligning with that triangle I told you about, aliveness and connection, meaningful pursuits and growth. I've had to grow so much in order to achieve all this because I had to, you know, just think about the little things of getting all these coaches together and teaching them how to go live on the platform of the little things of, you know, transitioning a eight figure business to a new brand. Some of you are just hearing this for the first time. You're like, what? I thought you were like Doing this thing over here or I thought all you did was the Brandon show. You know, I know. It's just. It's one of those things. I've had the blessing of working with multiple US Presidents, and one of the things they always say is they're stunned by how much and how long they have to repeat things. And I've been really stunned as I've been kind of teasing Growth Day since literally last September. And here we are in February and still it's like, oh, I didn't know you were doing this. And that's going to go on for the next two years. I'm certain of it. But also, I'll take my lumps with that. I in many ways thought we did the transition really well because obviously I'm like doing a morning show for a whole month and every day we talk about what we're working on and how it's going. And we were giving shout outs to Growth Day community members there. We've done the live, the invites to my entire email list multiple times. We've posted all over the Internet about it. But it's also one of those a lot of things. Some people are seeing it and going, oh, I didn't know that was you, Brendan. And that's what's cool, is I'm really trying to create a community here that is not just about me. That is if you've studied or worked with me for a long time. You know my Facebook fan page, which was began by a fan and then we just maintained it. You know, 5 million people on that dang page, and it's just my content. Or if the Brennan show here is a good example, I don't interview other people very, very rarely. It's just me. It's just the best of my training, my best of my live casts or some of the best of my courses. Just little clips of things I think we've done in audio or video that are powerful. Some clips of our best YouTube audios, it's just like stuff that the team grabs of what we're doing. So I don't usually interview people again, so that's usually my stuff. But Growth Day, obviously we have all these other people now. We're going to get highlighting. So you'll see us with a new Facebook page, a new Instagram handle, a new podcast, all debuting in March. So when I say we rebranding and rebuilding, it's literally building from the ground up. But I'll also say the growth they offer is the strongest offer I've offered in my career. I've never put anything this great together, and I'm not sitting here bragging about it. I'm genuinely grateful that I got all these coaches to come on and to work with you. I mean, like I said, most of these, this would be tens of thousands of dollars to access these folks in this live coaching environment every single week. But you get them all year long for 299 bucks@growthday.com which I think is super awesome. I know a lot of you have asked about a referral program or an affiliate program for that that is rolled out, but it's members only. Because what we're saying is, hey, members, if you love this, you can go here, you can get a unique link, an affiliate link for yourself or what we call a referral link. And you can send out to your friends, and for every friend that you get to sign up, we'll give you 50 bucks, meaning you could get six friends to sign up and you just paid your tuition for the whole year. And what's cool is you can. Obviously we're gonna have a lot of people who are gonna be promoting it. Just to give you an idea, we'll have sent out hundreds of thousands of dollars referral commissions this month because it's. It's just a beast. It's the best offer I've ever put together. It converts so high because everyone knows they need better personal development right now. And everyone knows the world moved towards live, and everyone knows the world is moving towards apps. And I don't think anyone has done it in the personal development space in this way with this kind of. I'll just say heart and soul. I'll just say the selection of the people, the quality of what they're capable of doing on a live broadcast. I know I'm going to get accused of. He's sitting there bragging about his offer. I want to let you know I am. I'm genuinely so fulfilled and grateful for it. It's the best thing I've put together in my career. It took 20 years for me to realize, you know what, it's better. Just have to do my thing, but also invite all my friends. And it took 20 years to create these connections with these coaches, to trust me, to. To want to be on the platform. We've had over 1,000 people ask to be teachers on the platform already, but I'll probably ever only have 20 to 30. Just really highly curated, best in class, diverse, powerful teachers and mentors who I've seen coach people who I know have the ability to take Those questions to do a great job. Who honor openness? Who honor the. Who honor you guys, who honor us, who honor this idea of personal development. These are people who have studied personal development their whole lives. They've been in this game. I mean, some of these folks, like David Bach. How much would you pay to learn from a guy who's written 10 New York Times bestsellers, most of them number one New York Times bestsellers on the topic of personal finance? So if your finances are in shambles or you don't know how to invest or you don't. You haven't done things you know you should do, like wills and life insurance and trusts and set up your. Like, here's the number one guy in the world, and he's your finance coach every month for 12 months. And that's $290 a year. But also for that $299 a year, you get me, you get Mel Robbins, you get Jenna, you get Glo, you get Anthony, you get Prince. Ea, you get Dave Hollis, you get our other coaches. Oh, yeah. And you're gonna get an app that has the high performance journal, the high performance planner in it and all of the library of all of this training. Oh, yeah. And tools that are gonna help you track your habits, score different parts of your life, allow you to journal, take notes, and store those notes on our courses and on their live casts. And I would say, hands down, the most motivated, inspiring community I've ever seen in my life. I've never had this level of engagement in a community with Growth Day. And I think it has a lot to do with the coaches bringing in their members and this magic that's happening with the industry. Like, mark my words, in a year from now, you will see the industry will have gelled around Growth Day the way meditation industry gelled around calm or headspace. You'll see. Give it time. And for those who don't think I'm doing it, good, I appreciate that. You're right. I'm only 45 days into it, the rebrand, but give it time. I promise we're doing a good job for you. For members who've made such great, given us such great feedback, could it do this? Can it do that? A lot of the questions we're getting from members honestly are, yep, that will happen when the official app comes out. The mobile app comes out in mid April, so right now we're just delivering the value in the members area and through the live broadcasts. I'm deeply thankful for all of you. I've never been cheered on more. And that's why I'm so confident right now. I've been so cheered on by the industry watching and going, holy cow, we see what you're going for here. By some of the biggest VCs and private equity companies in the world have already reached out to me. If you're in that world, please do reach out to me because I'll have those conversations because we're learning a lot in that department and it's going to be an incredible, incredible year of Growth Day and I hope that you'll come along for the journey and if it all sounds great but you're not sure, go sign up anyway because there's a 30 day money back guarantee. Go test me out. You'll have access to all of these coaches this month and you can test them out. Is it really that good? I'll give you an idea. I watched Dave Hollis the other day teach about confidence. That one presentation he did on Growth Day for our members only. I would have paid 500 to $1,000 for that one presentation, but I only paid 299 and I get access to all the other coaches too. It's bananas, guys. It's bananas. Also, I know a ton of you've been asking for the replays of the Growth Day morning show with Jamie. Our official and only place to get that will be@community.growthday.com we'll keep that open for people because we do broadcast that live on Instagram and Facebook every day. But we'll start storing those starting this week. You'll be able to access that. Community.growthday.com will be the sort of single source of curated replays of that. Also, we'll be starting putting content from all the other coaches. It'll be like your one stop shop for personal development. It's slow. Remember we're just launching that, so just give it time. Okay. I'm literally just announcing it today, so I hope that you'll take advantage of some of these things. I hope that you also follow me on Clubhouse. I'll be bringing together a lot of the Growth Day coaches to jam in there once in a while. I'll be doing some unique and special high performance meditations that unless you've been to my. If you've been to my seminars before and you've done our closed eye processes and you loved that. I got some surprises coming up on Clubhouse. When you go to Clubhouse, you just follow me. It's kind of like you would follow me on any other social media. When you go in There. I'm Brendon Burchard and I'll be there. So please go follow me. I want to give a special thank out again to Craig Clemons and Lewis Howes, who really cheered me on, who motivated me to be in clubhouse, who supported me there, to all of my beach gang, which is my private mastermind. Members of, I think, pretty much the most influential people in the personal development world, who've been part of my private group for years now and have just really supported me. Tons of them jumped in, cheered me on, and really helped my first week into clubhouse, helped it really pop. So I appreciate that and I'm sharing all of this. I know it's a lot and I'm sorry I'm not super structured about it because I just woke up and decided to knock this out for you guys. But I want to let you know we're here for you. You know, I've been signing off our Growth Day morning show with a reminder that you really are stronger than you think. And when you engage in personal development, it rewires your brain and it can change your life. And one of the reminders I want to give everybody is, you know, there's been so much uncertainty and frustration and difficulty with the pandemic and the elections and the economy and the worldwide strife, but the future is better than you think. Your future is better than you think. Good things are coming your way. If you listen to a show like this, you have great intentions, you want to be better, you want to improve, and you're doing the work. Just listening to an episode like this, you know, taking this time, it reminds me how blessed we are to have a community of people like this. You and I both know very few people really engage in personal development. We know from both the research as well as straight up conversions on websites, about 2% of people really engage in personal development. And if that's you, you're part of our tribe. You're part of our growth crew. You know, you're perfect for Growth Day because, you know, I know you have family members and cousins and extended family who think it's crazy. You listen to all these podcasts and you care about your health and you read books and they think it's nuts that, you know, you follow these people and you drink the Kool Aid and they think it's crazy that you're a person who's likely to clap or hug somebody or cheer somebody on when. When everyone else hates. But to the encouragers belongs the world. To those who believe in others belongs the world. To those who will cheer one another on. To those who stretch themselves and challenge themselves and push each other day by day, every single week, every single month, year after year, they work on themselves. They win. And I know you might be intersecting with this message right now because you're in a moment of transition. You're changing it up. You're pivoting the company. You're hiring new people. You're trying to get your promotion. You're trying to be better dad, better mom, better caregiver, better leader, better role model. But whatever it is that you're trying to grow into, good for you for showing up today. I appreciate each and every one of you. Remember that little triangle. What you're really after is some aliveness, some connection, meaningful pursuits and the integrity and the congruence of knowing that you're sticking to growth, that you are working on growing yourself, improving yourself. When you do that, and you do it time after time after time after time, I promise you, the future is better than you think. Thanks, everybody. Please visit growthday.
