Foreign. Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for. For you. Every single day I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, I. Please follow me on Instagram, Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire. And then as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally and people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are like friggin inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd and we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple of weeks. So make sure you use a hashtag the Brendon show when you post about these motivational quotes. Sessions with that. Let's go. I am moving forward. I will not give up. I believe good things await. I'm stronger than they know. This is something I've said to myself so many times throughout my life. It's like as soon as I have a problem, I'm like, I'm moving forward. Oh, this is so hard. I will not give up. Oh, gosh, I don't know if this is going to go good. I have all these self doubts. I believe good things await. Well, they just, they're, you know, they're saying I'm not good enough or I can tell. They're looking at me like I'm stupid. I. I'm stronger than they know. Listen, how you speak to yourself is dictating your future. Don't forget, how you speak to yourself now is dictating your future. How you speak to yourself now is dictating your future. It's so important to have words of affirmation to yourself and be positive, have that proactive bent to say the things that are needed to keep you you going. Hey, it's Brendan. And listen to this one. You can be wildly happy with what you have and still strive to grow and contribute. Don't ever let anyone discourage you from your ambition for a better life. You know, so many people have a lot of guilt that they want more. They say, well, I don't know why, I just can't be happy. Or they say that to you, why can't you just be happy? You know, you have everything, everything's great. Why can't you just be happy? Well, listen, wanting more is not necessarily a bad thing. Because sometimes wanting more means more depth in the relationship, more feeling in the day, more abundance for the family. More is not the culprit. More is the culprit when we're just chasing it for ego. But having ambition to want more for our family, for our contributions to the world. We shouldn't apologize for dreaming big. We shouldn't apologize for wanting great things for our family and this world. So if you got big dreams and big ambitions, get going at them. Hey, it's Brendan and it's Sunday, so listen to this one. The depth of our character correlates with the height of our gratitude. I love this one. Because, you know, the people that we admire, people who seek to serve others, lift others, care for others, lead for others, the people who are honest, who have integrity, who espouse and practice good values, who have habits that inspire us to be better ourselves. The people who you just can count on, who you really know will show up when it's hard, when it's dark, when it's difficult. Those people have great character. Where does that character come from? I think part of it comes from they just have extraordinary amounts of gratitude for life. They have reverence for life. That gratitude extends on high, to a high level of faith in, in God, in the universe, in time. They feel like, yeah, things are really good, so I'll be good. I was just saying this to a client. Face it, you know, be real, be honest. If you don't face this reality, you can't fix this reality. I mean, so often avoidance feels good. You know, it's like avoidance is like a great short term strategy to feel good about ourselves. Avoidance is a great short term strategy to avoid difficult conversations, difficult truths about our lives, about how we're not showing up, about how we can treat people better, about how we could honestly give a little bit more. But avoidance is also a great long term strategy for suffering. You know, the more you avoid that difficult conversation with your spouse or with your team or the people that you're trying to make a difference with, the more that you avoid the truth of your life, the less momentum you get, the less progress you get, the less fulfillment and happiness you get. So you got to look at your life and face it and say, okay, what do I need to do now? Let's go. Okay. My friends, I hope you enjoyed this motivational session here on the brendon show.
