Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are like friggin inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a Hashtag the Brendon show when you post about these motivational quotes, sessions with that. Let's go.
You don't need to pretend to be strong. You need to give yourself some credit. Love yourself and take actions to spring from your deepest values and highest self. The strength will emerge from there. Give it time. You know, it's okay if you have some self doubt. It's okay that you feel weak. It's okay that some days you don't know that you're on your A game.
And everything is perfect.
The truth is sometimes strength comes with time. It comes from acting each day from our best self, over and over and over and over again. And the more we're congruent to the best of who we are, the more we love ourselves, the more we're likely to give ourselves some credit and the more we're likely to finally feel strong. So if you don't feel strong right now, okay, let's start aligning your actions more to the best of who you are. Just a few more days like that each week, a few more days like that each month, a few more days like that each quarter and year, you will start to feel stronger. Oh Brendan, I have so much self doubt and all this self doubt stops me from succeeding in my life. I'm like oh my gosh, how old are you?
Are you serious?
Because everybody has self doubt and if you haven't realized that by now, I mean welcome to maturity. Like once you get old enough to realize that, hey, everybody has doubts that they doubt how tomorrow will turn out. They doubt how next year, next month, the next years after that. We all are uncertain about the future. No one has a complete picture. So when you have that doubt come up in your mind, the job is to let it activate. You see, high performers let doubt activate their curiosity. It activates a challenge within that says huh, I don't know how that's gonna trap. So let me see how I can do here. Let me put that next foot forward. Let me walk with faith and confidence because I know I can figure things out. So the doubt doesn't stop them, it activates them. And that's why they get their dreams accomplished more. Listen. There is hoping your life will improve and then there is the fire. A deep obsession to change and become better. To forge a vibrant and abundant life by sheer will, daily focus and struggle. The guts to push yourself, lift yourself up, adapt, persist. And to be extraordinary, you just have the choice every single day. Are you going to go through the motions or are you going to activate.
What is deep within you.
You just have that choice every day. To back down, to cower, to make an excuse, to tell some story about why you can't have it, or your disadvantage. Or you say, okay, today we begin again. Today we take that next step. Today I walk forward with faith and confidence to build the future. I want, not just blame the past I had. Today is that choice.
My friend, it's your time.
I am not going to limit my service or my message to the world based on what other people think. I am my own person and I'm going to be myself regardless. This is such an important concept for people to grasp to don't limit your mission in the world because other people give you bad feedback or other people.
Make fun of you or other people.
Judge you, or other people push you around. Don't limit how much you share your message, how broadly you share your message, how strongly, how confidently, how courageously, how excitedly you share your message. Because, hey, so what if they don't like your enthusiasm? So what if they don't get you? Their understanding, their support, they're cheering you on is not required for your progress. You go be yourself and you do your own thing. You we all want to know that we lived lives that honored our own personal freedom, that was authentic to ourselves, that we were ourselves. We did our own thing, we made our own way. If we don't do that, we end up miserable at the end. If we do that, courage lives in our heart and we change the world. What matters today is, are you generating happiness? Are you creating and contributing meaningful ideas and work? Are you loving others openly? Are you striving to activate your potential and living each day toward becoming your highest self? We get so distracted, so focused on everybody else, so trying to live up, so trying to fit in, so trying to get it done that sometimes we forget, hey, we can enjoy this ride. We can live a wonderful lifestyle where happiness is within us and being generated by by us, by will. We forget that we can contribute great things even if we're not always in great positions. We can realize that we can love the people around us so much more. We can realize that there's so much more within us, but it's also on us to activate it in all cases. Stay focused. Be your best self. Make the day count. Yes, there's difficulties. Yes, there's hardships. Oh my gosh, there's so many distractions, so much to do, so many obligations. But listen, stay focused. I know you can make excuses.
We can blame other people.
We can wait for the Perfect day. We can hope to be better. No, no. Be your best self now. Yeah, maybe you could say tomorrow or the next day or a year from now. No, no. Today. Make it count. You know, real reverence for life shows up in time management. If you're really grateful for your life, you're focused, you're showing up as your best. You're making this day count. Simple, simple things, my friend. But they're transformative. Practiced every day. Being focused, being your best self, making this day count can change your life.
