Foreign. Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio, sort of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are, like, frigging inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a hashtag the Brendon show when you post about these motivational quotes. Sessions with that let's Go. It's time to be at peace with your yourself. You've been through enough. Yesterday did not enter this morning's sunlight. This moment. Now you can breathe. And finally, after all this time, give yourself love, praise and gratitude. If you don't feel like you've earned your own self respect yet, win. If you don't feel like you can be at peace with life, win. If you don't feel like you can care for yourself, love yourself, prioritize yourself. Then when? What more do you have to go through? What more do you have to try? What more do you have to achieve? If you keep waiting for someday to be at peace with yourself, then every day between now and that day will be an incessant and unnecessary struggle. You can strive, satisfied and with peace in your heart. It's simply a choice. Most fear is just poor management of the mind. It's truly us being unconscious or unaware or lacking any real thought about what we're perceiving or experiencing or how we're reacting to the world. Like real fear is a real thing. Obviously. It's just like we have the physical fears and the fearful impulses. You know, something's chasing us. That's fear. You know, something might threaten us. That's fear. But what most people say, well, I'm fearful to chase my dreams. Brand no, no you're not. Fear is holding me back. No, fear has become a convenient excuse for you not to think about what you want. Oh how people hate this advice. But sometimes you have to say slow down. Be more strategic. Say no more often. Listen, sometimes the truth is you're going too fast and you're to going you're not being effective, right? You're going fast towards lots of different things. You're achieving a lot of to do lists. You've got a lot of busy work. But we also know that sometimes all of that busy work is not your life's work. All that tasks and to dos weren't necessary sometimes. You said yes to lots of good things that sounded nice, made you feel good, filled your ego, but at the end of the day didn't serve the mission, didn't move the needle forward. So the funny thing is by slowing down to be more thoughtful, more intentional and more strategic to saying no to more things that aren't right and yes to those things that move the needle the most and slowly working those things that move the needle the most, you actually move ahead faster with more Sanity. Do I have a superpower? I don't know. But I think my secret power is that I simply believe in other people to an extraordinary degree. I give them credit, I appreciate them. I strive to be their best cheerleader. You know, I don't judge. I emphasize and challenge and cheer. Sometimes I believe in them, I think more than they do. I found that if you care for others, your success will be taken care of. You know, we live in this incredibly negative and chaotic and frustrating world where so many people push you down, so many people judge you, or so many people talk about that negative environment that we're all dealing with. And it would seem like, you know, everybody is against us. But when you're in my world, when you're invited or involved in my HPX tribe, like part of my world is really about cheering you on and creating a more positive and connected and vibrant community for people. I simply believe in you. You must train yourself to listen through the fear. One of the great lessons of my life, I had gone skydiving and I screamed like a baby all the way down. And I wasn't present with the experience, so I didn't know what to. Didn't pull the chute on time, made a fool of myself. And at the very end, the skydiving instructor said something so simple to me. You're one of those guys. You're one of those guys, Brendan, who's not learned to listen through the fear. When you receive instruction, you couldn't hear it because you let fear block you out. When you had the opportunity to do what was right, you didn't do it because you were too trapped in the fear. You listen to that fear. You listen to that worry. You listen to that heartache. You listen to that problem. You listen to that challenge. You don't listen through it. And so you don't see what's on the other side. You don't take the next action. You don't make the leap. You don't change. Oh, Brendan, why don't people change? Well, change begins here. You need readiness to learn, honesty about what is real now, willingness to try new things, faith that it is possible. But most people never access this truth, and it shows up in their life. Are they ready to learn? I don't know. Let's see right now, today, what's going on in their life? Are they reading the books? Are they doing their online research? Are they seeking out the mentors? Are they actively learning now? If they're not, they're not ready. And change is so far away. Are they honest about what's real now? Are they honest about the conflicts, the challenges, the difficulties, the struggles, their own weaknesses and their own truths, their own strengths, their own powers? Are they honest about what needs to happen now to improve? Will they try new things? Do they have that willingness inside that says, you know what, I better just test out something new things need to change and will they believe that it is possible? Okay, my friends, I hope you enjoyed this motivational session here on the Brendon show. And listen, please do yourself a favor.
