What's going on everybody? It's Richard Kohberger here, the book hauler nerd. And as I record this video, Spring is just around the corner, which means Pantheon is just around the corner. And in this video, I'm gonna be answering all of your most burning Pantheon related questions. So first of all, the most important questions. When and where is this happening? So Pantheon 2022 is going to be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in, wait for it, Los Angeles. And the event spans three days, April 20th, 21st and 22nd. That is a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday by the way. So the only thing happening on Wednesday the 20th is the welcome reception and that starts at 5pm and runs through 7.30pm and this is a laid back kickoff event. There will be heavy appetizers and drinks served there and it just gives you a chance to start meeting with other attendees, doing some networking and explore the expo hall. And again, that event starts at 5pm so if you're traveling, feel free to fly in on Wednesday the 20th. Just make sure you get a flight that that's going to land you there in the morning or afternoon so that you can attend this event. And now before I go over the next two days of the event, let me first address another burning question that I hear people ask, which is what kind of event is this? Is this a thought leadership type of event or is this more of a service titan training type of event? And the answer to that question is it's a little both. So day two, I would say this day is more focused on thought leadership. So there will be breakout sessions that cover topics like branding and marketing factors, fiscal planning, recruiting, opening a second location. I'm just naming a few random things here by the way. If you want to see the full schedule, there will be a link in the description down below. But yeah, just general business stuff that can include Service Titan. And we'll probably touch on service Titan a bit, but is not very super specific in depth service Titan training. On day two, you'll also be hearing from awesome speakers including Simon Sinek, who is an author and an inspirational speaker. You've probably seen a video of him at some point. He's all over the place. As well as the second most famous Richard who will be at this event, Richard Karn, who is best known for his role as Al Borland on the show Home Improvement. What do you mean? Who's the first most famous Richard? And then day three of the event is more product focused, more service titan focused. So you'll be hearing from co founder Vahe Kazoyan on some of the cool new things that Service Titan is working on and has coming down the pipeline. And the breakout sessions will all be very Service Titan focused with topics including custom dashboards and Price book, accounts receivable features, marketing pro, etc. This is also the day when we will be hearing from headline speaker Magic Johnson. And at the end of day two is the Titan Appreciation Party which is the big main party of the event. And word on the street is that there's going to be a big name musician playing at this event, but that has not yet been confirmed. Now on all three days of Pantheon you will have access to the Titan Solutions desk and there you can receive one on one Service Titan related assistance. So if you've got some Service Titan questions, you can take them there. All right, let's see what else. Guest Passes so there are full Pantheon tickets which of course give you access to all of Pantheon and there are also Guest Pass tickets. The guest passes give you access to the welcome reception on day one and the Titan Appreciation Party, the big party on day two. So if you've got a plus one that you want to bring, but the Service Titan specific and business specific stuff isn't really that relevant to them. And they like you enough that they want to hang out with you for all the social stuff, but not so much that they want to sit through all of the business sessions and product sessions that aren't so relevant to them. Well then the guest pass is perfect for them. They can hang out with you during those events and do their own things during the day, which it's la. There's things to do. All right, who. Who is Pantheon for? Well, that's really up to you. I mean you've heard an overview of what the event is about at this point and it's kind of up to you who you think would benefit the most from that. What I can say is that the majority of Pantheon attendees tend to be business owners, business managers, people involved in the finance of the business and people involved in the operation it of the business. But any trades professional in any role in the company is more than welcome to attend hotels. Which hotel should you stay at? So serviceitan has secured multiple room blocks at nearby hotels including the JW Marriott, LA Live, Hotel Indigo and Courtyard by Marriott. Any hotel where Service Titan has reserved a block will provide transportation shuttles to and from the event. When should you plan to leave? Well, Pantheon officially wraps on Friday, April 22nd at 4pm so you could book a flight for that night if you'd like stress or something. I don't know. I'm not going to do that. I'm going to leave on Saturday. But you do you Are meals included? Yes, they are. So Wednesday evening at the welcome event, there are those heavy appetizers. On Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served. And on Friday, breakfast and lunch will be served. All right, masks and vaccinations. I guess we got to talk about that. So this year's Pantheon is being held entirely outdoors. And because that is the case, California has no mask or vaccination mandates for events held outdoors, and we don't anticipate that changing or obviously, you're welcome to wear a mask at the event if you wish. It just won't be mandated. Now, if you wanted to just like eat at a local restaurant or something, then you may be asked to present proof of vaccination. I know that at least at the time of me recording this video, LA county does require proof of vaccination for indoor dining environments, although proof of vaccination is not required for outdoor dining environments, provided those dining environments meet the definition of outdoors. Those are California's rules and they're always subject to change. I'll see if I can dig up a link for what the current rules are and put them in the description down below. But again, meals will be provided to you anyways, so it shouldn't be necessary for you to go to a restaurant. It's just something to know if you do want to do that. All right. Is there a dress code? It's not that serious, but we recommend business casual. And of course we recommend repping your company when you are packing. Though do remember this event is going to be entirely outdoors anyways, that's all I got for today.
