Hey, it's Josh here at ServiceTitan. We are at Pantheon. Day 1 is wrapped up. We opened up the Max Hub today and there's so much going on and it's been a great— we saw a session earlier today where Max literally rewrote how dispatch works so your dispatcher doesn't have to scramble to try to get a perfect schedule. It was automatically adjusting in real time, which was mind-blowing. In another session, we saw recordings of technicians where we can have coaching opportunities as well as a demo of how mid-call coaching works where technicians can get advice while they're actually on the job. Sessions today where people filled in a room, they were on their laptops literally setting up their AI virtual agents on the spot. Took them about 15 minutes, and you can feel the energy of those people leaving the room excited to take their first calls through AI. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the story of automation here at ServiceTitan. Tune into Ara's keynote tomorrow to learn more.
