If we look at technicians, I've always thought that the best technicians on the technical side are the ones that have the best tools and know how to use them. So I mean, we added digital manifold gauges in the industry and there were a lot of technicians that were against that. It's been proven that you use that tool, it's better, you're faster, you're more accurate, and you provide a better customer experience because customers don't want you to be out in their home for a long period of time. They want to get things done and get back to watching their, you know, doom scrolling through Facebook. They want to get back to that. They don't want the contractor in the house, you know? And that's going to be the measure of a great company is going to be its people. So I think of AI as something where it can knock out some of the things that you'd have to go in your office and spend your time in front of your computer, not being with the people. Let's get these things automated and they still, these are things that still need to get done, but I need to spend time with my, with my staff and my technicians to make sure that they're getting everything they need, not playing around on ServiceTitan all day.
