Brick Boss from Boss Roofing in Sterling, Illinois. We got on ServiceTitan back in October '24. We've got about 42 employees. We run about $14 million in average annual revenue. Prior to ServiceTitan, we were on several different softwares. We were definitely utilizing technology, but yet it was kind of all over the place because we had so many different softwares and information living in all, and then constantly having to put data into several different areas. Um, but then in the end it wasn't totally connecting to get us proper job costing either. Labor tracking was the biggest thing that we couldn't track, and labor's one of our biggest expenses. We were looking for one system that would tie everything together from our labor to making sure labor hours were matching when vehicles were pulling up to job sites, standardized workflows, and then hopefully less work on our admin where they weren't inputting the same data over and over between all the different systems. Since being on ServiceTitan, it's definitely gotten way better. We input the customer's data one time, it's matched throughout everything. We're running the FleetPro, so our vehicles are tracked, our time clocks are tracked, everything's living in one system, and we've got our job costing truly down to the penny for hours on job sites and things like that.
