Speaker (owner/leader) describes their company's 2025 plan: a $40 million top-line budget focused on operations inside a 30-mile radius. They contrast this local model with coast-to-coast, satellite-style companies, note they operate or observe both models, and announce upcoming vertical integrations into related trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) under the "Conejo" umbrella.
We are this year budgeted $40 million. Top line, a 30 mile radius. Yes. Okay. That's the key component because there's a lot of companies to go get $40 million. They're, they're coast to coast. They're, they're traveling. They've got satellites, which. Yes, that's another model and that's another way of doing it. And I have another business which we will talk about later on that does the other model. So I really get to see this thing overlaid on both sides, which is fun. But yeah, I mean, that's, that's where we're at. That's what we're doing. There's other fun things that I'm going to be coming up with here in the next year or so. We're going to add some more verticals onto Conejo, which are going to be really exciting coming down the pipeline. And it's going to be things that really nobody has done yet or nobody has seen in our. In, in the heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. You know, everybody's doing heating, air, plumbing and electrical. That's kind of a condensed vertical where everybody, it lives under the same roof. I'm going to add another couple things that it won't be windows, but I'm going to add a couple of things that are really going to work to the other trade, such as the plumbing side and the hvac side and the electrical side. It's going to bring everything together and that should be really.
