Hey there, I'm Margot from Servicetitan and today we're going to walk through two new features in our upcoming ST54 release and how they may affect you as a technician on the mobile side. Now, this first feature is related to emails. As you can see, there's now a new BCC or blind Carbon copy field. This is all pre set up on the office side for you to be able to see who else is being copied on this email, whether it's an accountant or a sales manager, to see estimates, that sort of thing. This is not something you can edit on the mobile side. And if it's not set up, which I don't have it set up for estimate emails, you don't even see the BCC fields. You only see it if someone is being copied on the email for you to be able to send out that copy to them without manually typing it in. Now, the other item is related to PriceBook Pro. So if your company doesn't use PriceBook Pro, then this isn't relevant to you. But these are called smart recommendations. So if you click into the item, once you add it to the estimate or to the invoice now, you're going to see these new recommendations popping up. The little light bulb icon shows that these two recommendations are being used across the industry. So they're popular, commonly used items that are added with the thing that you just put into the invoice. So this is something you might want to keep an eye out for. It doesn't need to be set up. So if you don't see it and you know you have PriceBook Pro, you can always talk to your office and have them turn it on with your success Manager. That's it for this release.
