A short ServiceTitan YouTube walkthrough (presented by Margot) of ST-58 mobile-app changes focused on technician forms. It explains a new 'My Forms' tab where technicians can access forms not attached to jobs or equipment, start and save incomplete forms, and receive office-assigned non-job events that trigger required forms.
Hey there, I'm Margot from ServiceTitan and today we're going to walk through the Release notes for ST58 and how that's going to affect you on the mobile side today we're talking technician forms. As you can see at the top here, there is now a new tab called My Forms. You can click in here and see all the previous forms you filled out. You can see the form at the top that has been started and the option to add a new form. These are going to be forms that are not attached to jobs, they're not attached to pieces of equipment. You don't need to do any of these weird workarounds anymore to fill out daily forms for the office like a Covid check in or requests from the office that need to get filled out on a pretty regular basis. Like I said, you can go here and click and see these types of forms that are available to fill out. And also the office can assign you to non job events that have these triggered forms to require you to fill them out. So you can see here I have a lead request that is required that's showing up just like a non job event would and I can click in and start filling it out. Now I'm going to go ahead and start filling out this form but not finish it and hit save. You're going to get the normal pop up you would see when another form isn't finished. We'll just fill it out later. And that's where you can see that it's been started but not completed. Hopefully this is exactly what you're looking for and I'm excited to talk to you next time. Thanks for watching.
