Field Features with Margaux | ST-64 Release

Hey there, I'm Margot from Servicetitan. Today we're going to walk through the Release notes for ST64 and how that will affect you as a technician. On the mobile side, the first thing we're going to talk about are practice environments. So previously when you clicked your profile picture it would say switch to training mode. Now when you click your profile, it's actually going to show you two different options. It's going to say test and next or train and practice. So the biggest thing to note is Next is what our new features are, what's coming next. So that's where you can go see what the new features are, test them out Versus in practice that's going to be more long term training on main service Titan features. Things require a lot of setup and multi day testing because you don't want to lose that information. The biggest thing to note is Next updates weekly. So if you're working on something on Friday, it's probably not going to be there on Monday because it's pulling live information weekly from your account. So you have live data to test with Versus. In practice it updates a lot less frequently after one big release comes out. Then it also updates that account with the new release. The biggest thing to note is it switches it into the test environment just like it did before. You'll see that orange banner there at the top to know that you're testing in a sandbox type environment. And then you go back to your profile picture and switch it back to live when you're done. Next thing we're going to look at is another equipment update. So as I go here into existing equipment, I'm going to go to this piece of equipment here. As you may notice, there are two new features that you may not have seen before, capacity levels and dimensions. So this is something that is completely set up on the office side. It's not anything that you can edit, it's set up in the price book itself. But it's really going to be helpful information, more knowledge for you to understand what you're looking at before you create an estimate, see what kind of space requirements might be needed, that sort of information.
