Caren Bueno built an internal mapping tool at Aspire to track irrigation valve boxes after the field-service team kept running into legacy systems and missing documentation. The tool visualizes valve locations and asset changes, and the company is now considering selling it to other service businesses with the same problem.

You're dealing with irrigation and Aspire did not have a solution necessarily for when it came to mapping out irrigation systems specifically. So you built one. So tell me about that moment when you realized this thing that we built ourselves is able to help a lot of other companies.
When we go and we install these valve boxes with these valves in there, we need to service them to make sure everything is working well. There is no water passing through. What happens is there is a system built 15 years ago. And then things get moved out of the way, things get repositioned, a shed is built, a pool is built. And this was really a problem for us. And we didn't really have a place to house this information in an easy way in Aspire in the beginning. So they developed this with help of a lot of great people and, you know, have this information there. It's a new adventure that we are trying to roll out and it's something that we do believe that can be changing some things.
