Bill Brown demonstrates a CRM built for contractors that tracks stakeholders per job, not just per client. Create contact lists for each opportunity with owners, project managers, and permitting officials, then assign tasks to team members and set priorities to move deals forward.

And once again, of course, different users with different permissions and access to the tools would likely live within one, if not multiple of these, but certainly have different workflows dependent on the type of opportunity that we're walking through. I can build out a contact list specific to this job. Maybe I have the VC, the project manager, the preconstruction department that we're engaging with, maybe the local permitting department in case I want to actually load in exactly like which JHA and who I'm tracking down for permits and everything. I can build out a full contact list that exists separately from the customer that I have this project associated with. So now I can get very granular about exactly who I'm interacting with on this specific opportunity as opposed to other projects I might have with the same customer who I'm dealing with a completely different person on. We also do tasking and this allows us to assign tasks to individual users. So I can build out as many tasks as I need here to support the sales effort. Again, assign them and generate priority levels.
