ServiceTitan sends an alert to your inside sales rep when a prospect opens an estimate. PK gets notified instantly when Paul opens his proposal, so she can call or text right away while he's thinking about it.

you can set up an alert in ServiceTitan so that as soon as Paul looks at his estimate, PK gets an alert and lets him know that Paul's looking at it. And that's an incredibly powerful signal of intent. Now you don't have to try to figure out of the 100 estimates you created yesterday who's still considering it and at what level. You know now that PK is still considering it, and now is the time he set aside to consider it. So that's when you have your ISR, is jump on that. Jump on the phone, give them a call, or reply in a text to try to get them served or get their questions answered.
