A contractor platform uses consumer psychology and digital tools to keep homeowners more engaged with their AC systems. The speaker argues that social media algorithms have proven these psychological principles work, and contractors can apply them by offering remote value and digital interactions.
It's a really awesome opportunity to move the industry forward. We're not doing anything revolutionary in terms of the psychology, right? The psychology of this homeowner stickiness and homeowner engagement. This has been around for 50 years. And then different industries have evolved faster all the way up into the social media or today where they, you know, the algorithms are designed to keep you looking at your screen for as long as possible over this stuff, right? Like the psychology is there, but we're just trying to take that same thing and adapt it into the services industry. And you need a digital interaction to be able to do that. You couldn't do it just with old school, like sales skills, you know, like you could be an excellent closer over the phone. You can have great technicians. But if you have digital and you have remote value opportunity, then you can really start to tap into some of that psychology, behavior and research and proof that's out there and utilize our platform for that. Right? And that's effectively what we become in many ways is the extension of the contractor for providing digital remote value.
