Sam shows how to use Chrome Developer Tools to locally edit your Titan score on the ServiceTitan dashboard, changing it from 79 to 110. The change only affects what you see on screen, not the actual server data. He also demonstrates removing overlays by deleting the overlay element.

So here we go. How to get your Titan score to 110. First thing, you're going to want to make sure that you're using Google Chrome. Okay? You're going to log into Service Titan. And here we are on our dashboard. You can see up here, we're sitting at a 79, which, I mean, that's a C. That's embarrassing. I'm embarrassed. But not to worry because we're gonna have that up to 110 here in a jiffy. So what we're gonna do here is we're gonna right click that disgusting abomination, we're gonna hit inspect, then we're gonna get this page here with a lot of code on it. Don't get scared. Don't let them intimidate you. That's their method. See, they want to scare you away, so you don't know their secrets. But you'll see what's highlighted here. Is that 79? Not in my house. So we're just gonna double click that, get it highlighted, and we're gonna type in 1, 1, 0, and we're gonna hit enter. And there you have it. Now our Titan score is 110. Using the same method, we could also make our Titan score eggs. If we wanted it to be eggs. Or we could make it a llama. We could make it fire. Yes. How do you do, fellow kids? My Titan score two is fire. Rather. Rather. Okay, obviously this is a bit of a joke here. This doesn't really change your Titan score. We're just basically changing the visual code of the website temporarily. This is a handy thing to have in the back of your head. Every webpage you're looking at, it's just some code. And you can edit the code. Doesn't change anything. Server side just changes it in front of you until you refresh the page and get the code back from the server. But let's say you're like trying to read something and they put some overlay on top of it as like, hey, you've got to sign up for our newsletter before I'll let you read this. Usually just use this to inspect and find something called overlay and just delete it and you can go about your day.
