So the biggest impact that the Titan Advisor contest had, because honestly at the end of the day it's not about winning, it's about implementing the software and using it to its max, but what it helped us do was get everyone in the office on board and looking at things that they wouldn't normally look at. So we got the CSR team involved, we got the dispatch team involved, they were all looking at things every single day and seeing what they could do to drive the number up. So in their minds, it's probably just the score and winning and stuff, but what it's actually doing is teaching them how to utilize the software in a way that helps our business grow.
