Just scroll down to the appointment and hit this three dot kebab menu. Then simply click Reopen Appointment. Now, any technicians that were assigned to that appointment are still going to be in the done status, because ServiceTitan isn't assuming that you're immediately sending back the exact same tech. So if you do want to send back the same tech, then you should dispatch them from the office.
