We are talking all about virtual agents today. Over the last month, revenue from booked calls went up 186% to $3,000. Call volume handled by the agent was up 19% to like over 400 calls. I'd be curious to hear your stories around training it, setting it up, any advice for people who are a bit hesitant? Like, what do those early days look like assessing calls and making adjustments?
