Two industry professionals discuss how tradespeople struggle with information overload and how AI helps. They highlight dispatch optimization, sales analytics, and field performance tools like Sales Pro and Field Bro as the most practical applications for getting time back and working more efficiently.

It's almost like there's information overload, like there's so much out there, not knowing what to use, what's going to be beneficial. I get some weekends back instead of answering the phones.
Where I see the most amount of value from AI currently is in, uh, that dispatching piece, giving some— me some more analytics data on our sales, things like Sales Pro and Field Bro helping us get better in the field.
