A sales trainer shows how to handle the "what's the price?" question by asking prospects: "Other than the price or the payment, would there be any reason why we couldn't go ahead and get your job started today?" This reframes cost objections and reveals what's actually holding them back.
Many times when you when you are finished with your presentation, I love to ask people, what questions do you have for me? I'm all done. I'm all done. What questions do you have for me? And most of the time, they'll say, well, what's the price? And then I like a really good, strong closing question. That question might sound like this. Other than the price or the payment, would there be any reason why we couldn't go ahead and get your job started today? And if they were to say, well, I'm going to need to talk to my spouse, I would say, well, that's fantastic. I understand completely. Other than speaking with your spouse or the price of the payment, would there be any other reason we couldn't go ahead and get started today?
