What's going on, everybody? It's Richard Kohberger here, the blue collar nerd. Hey, just real quick, I wanted to do a quick plug for the Toolbox live events. So if you haven't heard about them, these are local events that are sponsored by service Titan but held at a successful local shop in the area. And the goal is to hold these events in multiple large cities across the United States so that you don't have to travel a large distance to get to one. So this isn't like a once a year event type of thing. These are smaller local events that just happen in local cities near you. So we just recently ran like a pilot of these kind of a test where we did two events. One of those events was held in Dallas and one in my home city of Atlanta. So what happens at these events? Well, to start off, the hosting company, the company that's hosting this event will do a shop tour with you. So they'll kind of show you around, show you how they run things. And of course you can ask them questions during that tour. And then there's also like a Q and A session with leaders from the host shop. So you can just ask them, you know, any number of questions, whatever you're curious about. How are your memberships run? What's your pay structure like, how do you retain technicians and prevent churn? Do you have a specified bathroom that's designated as the pooping bathroom? Or can employees just poop in whatever bathroom? Whatever questions you want to ask, you'll have an opportunity to do that. And then we move on to some sessions. So for the first two, like pilot events that we did, we really tried to focus on just general industry topics. So there were marketing experts. For a marketing session, we had Ben Stark and Joe Person from gotime talking about some leadership stuff. And I think Ben also touched on topics like acquisitions. There was a session on financial planning. Tom Howard brought a spreadsheet for show and tell. We had a session on general operating procedures, you know, just, just like general business stuff. But we got feedback. Turns out people want more service titan specific stuff. So going forward, I mean, we're still going to keep a lot of the general business practice stuff in there, but we're also going to be incorporating more training from service titan specialists as well as consultations with service titan certified providers. There is food provided, so you get breakfast and lunch. And usually after the first day, there's always some sort of like social event, just like a networking thing. We can just hang out and talk to people. At the Atlanta event that I was at. We did it at a local brewery. So overall I mean they're just cool local events to go to. Very laid back vibe. So if there's one happening near you, check it out. It's a great way to just get out of the day to day of your normal work and focus on the business and generate new ideas and probably make some great connections along the way. So the next event is happening in Phoenix, Arizona that is January 25th through the 27th and registration for that event is open right now As I make this video you can register@servicetitan.com toolbox live and I'll put a link to that down in the YouTube description box. Then after that we have Jacksonville, Florida that's happening February 27th through 28th and then Nashville, Tennessee that is March 29th through 30th. Registration is not open for those later two events yet but keep an eye out. Appreciate it. Peace. Sam.
