Beck Cohen partnered with ServiceTitan to streamline their operations and enable donations through invoices. Their "Home Services for the Holidays" campaign brings competing home-service companies together for two months each year to collect food and money for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.

ServiceTitan has helped us in an immense way. Our system before was pen and paper, everything in triplicate. It was antiquated, to say the very least. Powering the nation is a great asset for us, and we as Beck Cohen, we want to help.
We are here for Home Services for the Holidays to bring competing companies together for 2 months out of the year to collect canned food and monetary donations for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
When Beck Cohen can reach out to their competitors and they all come together and say, "Yeah, we'll help." That's really wonderful.
We use ServiceTitan a couple of different ways. When we do our outreach, we created a Home Services for the Holidays task where the technician can put in the dollar amount that the customer wants and we add it to the invoice. You couldn't do it with anything else. Couldn't do it with pen and paper. If we're going to power the nation, that means food, heat, shelter. That's what we're working towards. [MUSIC] [MUSIC]
