Redding Heating & Air hit 90-95% booking rates after switching to ServiceTitan with AI backup and Speedily integrations. The AI handles overflow bookings so office staff aren't overwhelmed, letting the company book nearly every incoming request.

When we moved to ServiceTitan, it was an investment and it was an investment for the team. The AI is there to help and be a huge assistance and a backup. Looking at the bookings that are coming in and now the Speedily integrations and things like that, it's actually helped out the efficiency of the company and taken stress off of the office staff, allowing the overflow to go to AI. You can show where our booking rate was yesterday. It was in the 90% booking rate. I think it was like near 95% or something.
