51% of contractors take over 2 hours to follow up on a lead. Wow. That stood out to us, I think. And again, in my conversations with so many contractors throughout North America, is typically a pretty competitive space, and speed to lead is such a common thread that we hear when we speak to folks. And so again, 2+ hours, I think, in speaking with some of the contractors that, you know, want to make sure that they're the very first phone call, the very first text message, the very first action that's taken from somebody reaching out. I think that is probably a glaring opportunity to, to improve that. And I think the contractor that can nail that is immediately separating themselves from, from the competitors in their respective markets. It might be evening, holidays, etc., etc., when, when the consumer has the time sitting on a couch to submit an inquiry. It doesn't always happen between 9 to 5. And so leveraging systems like AI voice agents to receive that, to either call the customer on the shop's behalf or to put in place a workflow wherein which you're triggering a response to capture that lead in the customer's channel when a roof or fixing siding or something is top of mind for them.
