ServiceTitan's AI voice agents book appointments at a 90% rate when capacity constraints are excluded, or 70% when they're included. The company says these are real operational numbers, not projections.

We are very, very, very pleased to announce, as Ara mentioned earlier, we are seeing the voice agents perform at similar or better booking rates than human agents. So here we have two stats, and this is real stats, it's not marketing math. The 70% booking rate indicates what we're seeing the voice agent booking at when capacity-related issues are included. This means this includes instances where the voice agent isn't able to book a job because the customer wanted a sooner appointment. However, when you remove capacity-related issues, the voice agent is actually booking at 90%.
