There's a, a great opportunity for contractors now by leveraging AI and automation to significantly increase revenue, lower cost, capture more profit. And that opportunity exists in nearly every supporting workflow in a trades business, from how they do marketing to call booking to dispatch, to how they diagnose and implement solutions in the field, to how they then do things like automatically manage payroll, inventory, and beyond. On the call booking front, there are so many situations where contracting businesses suddenly face a sudden surge of calls. Think of any incoming weather event, right? When a heat wave comes along, they get 2, 3, 5 times the call volume. When there's a freeze that comes, they might get 10 times the call volume. There is no amount of staffing you can do in the back office to be able to handle such a sudden surge of calls. And so those cases of overflow, we now have voice agents that can answer unlimited amounts of calls and make sure all of those customers that are on the line are serviced and those calls are booked into appointments. And the nice thing is what we're— the incredible performance we're seeing today from voice agents is probably going to be the worst that we'll see moving forward because it just keeps getting better and better.
