My name is Angela Manning. I have been with Longhorn Commercial Roofing for about 5 years. I am the COO of the company. We are primarily a commercial roofer. You know, actually it was from Chad. He went to a roofing convention in Las Vegas and watched the ServiceTitan kind of a demo, a quick demo at the convention, and he was just really intrigued by it. We decided that about a year ago, September of '24, it took about weeks to get us all integrated, but it was a really easy process, easier than I thought it would be. My onboarding person was wonderful, took me step by step. Any questions I had, we slowed down or we sped up. The other one is the reporting. There is unlimited amounts of reporting available that I didn't even know was possible. It did not exist as far as our profit. I had to hand do all of this into spreadsheets before. Now it is completely automated and I do not have to do that anymore. We had a lot of employees that ended up being not necessary to have. We were able to move them in other positions that were more efficient for the company. The main one for us is CompanyCam. That has been a game changer for us. When the service tech dispatches to a job, that immediately connects to CompanyCam and everything just goes together. The integrations is just a key to be able to function even better. Customers such as property management companies have asked what we're using because they're getting different notifications. They're getting more notifications. ServiceTitan is essential for us, for Longhorn. It is just essential. I have been able to expand in trucks. Who would think that with one person running a service department? I'm doing it and I'm only doing it because of ServiceTitan.
