Presentation/demo describing an integration that connects ServiceTitan call recordings to ChatGPT to transcribe and analyze call audio for call-center quality assurance. The system converts audio to text, produces sentiment analyses and summaries, uploads notes to the ServiceTitan job/customer record, and sends alerts (chat/SMS) for negative sentiment so managers can review every call in seconds and escalate unhappy customers quickly.
This is the ChatGPT and Service Titan integration. Call center managers should be reviewing all calls to ensure quality assurance. But the only way to review the call is to listen to the entire audio. And this can take up to 10 minutes per call. Who has that kind of time? So what can we do? We've built an integration between ServiceTitan and chat GPT that listens to the audio, converts it to text, and analyzes the text just the way a call center manager would. Call center managers can now review every call in just seconds instead of minutes. And calls where customers are not satisfied or seem upset can be escalated to the proper manager within minutes. So let's see how it works. Once a call recording is available in Servicetitan, it uploads the text into ChatGPT and it does its magic by analyzing the call's sentiment and summary and uploads the text into the job or customer file. Then the call is sent to your team, chat or SMS system. Finally, you can determine who should receive an alert if the sentiment is negative. Now here's an example of what it looks like when it's uploaded to the Service Titan job. It comes in as a note. You can have it pinned or not pinned. Very simple. Easy summary. Here's an example of what it looks like in Google Chat.
