My name is Butch King. I live in Weatherford, Texas. I work for the Brandt Companies, which is now part of Southland Industries. We were looking for a software platform. We— the Brandt Companies was acquired by Southland Industries, and our ERP was a big part of our service platform at the time. We were setting up calls and billing and doing our AR stuff through our construction ERP. And when the two companies merged, they were both really large construction companies, but the decision was made to go with the ERP that Southland used, which is Koenigsegg, and ours was going away. So with ours going away, our choices were that we would either get on the the platform with the Southland service groups or replace what we had. And we chose to replace what we had. And we started looking, did a really long evaluation process that included a bunch of our people in all roles, support groups to management people, the people that we had in, you know, on our technology team at Brandt, technicians. And we chose ServiceTitan. I think it's going really well. I know the Field Mobile app has gone well because with all of those technicians, they— technicians, they'll tell you if they don't like what they're using. And I just haven't heard a whole lot. One thing on the Field Mobile app, we had a server-based platform, as I understood it. And from time to time, we had technicians in the field that we have some really large maintenance contracts. Some of them takes months to complete them. And when we would have guys out doing the tasking on the equipment, either due to connection issues or whatever, we would lose tasking. And it's one of the things that helped me sell the ServiceTitan Field Mobile app. I asked those guys, if I can do away with this one problem that you guys have, would you be willing to do so, take on something new? And across the board they were yes. And we haven't, haven't heard anybody say we're losing Tasking. So getting people to understand that and understand the dashboards and the reporting parts of it, it's just things that they weren't familiar with using. But I'm going to say we're really close to total adoption. I'm asking the service business supervisors that manage the support groups in our office just to give me honest feedback. You know, where are we at? Are we as good as we were? Do we like it as well? Do we like it better? Do we like it less? And we have groups that excelled and did great, and they're the ones that are telling me, no, we like it better. You know, we are allowed— it gets us the ability to work faster, do our tasks quicker. ServiceTitan is a great partner.
