The way I think about this is that we are the operating system for trade already. That was our mission and we, we've been on that journey for a long time. And the transition that we are making already is we are the AI operating system for a trade. What it means is that from an incoming phone call, which is maybe in some situations handled with a voice agent to being able to dispatch in the most logical manner, create demand, and using that demand statistics, change scheduling, being able to predict where inventory situation is, be able to optimize proposal generations or financing, to being able to automate some of the back office operations like payroll and accounting is the direction in which we are going. So the majority of focus for business owners would be on their craft and less on logistics. The other thing that is uniquely possible with AI is the deeper insights that you could get from your business. We are always used to mechanisms where we are querying for information from software, run me a report, tell me which are my most important customers. But imagine it flipping on its head and the product telling you to do things and giving you insights on, hey, have you thought about XYZ? Have you thought about changing these routes? Or have you thought about going forward with this kind of a proposal? Or being able to say these technicians need some additional training because their rates are below other technicians. We will also move into a world where software is telling you insights and mostly doing the job in the background, but where a human judgment is required, it is coming to you and And then you are interfacing with it.
